Such a froud banking app, imposing late payment fees for credit card users wothout generating any statement and eny payment notification. Only they are calling to pick loan from them with high rates. Everyone should be aware of this froudulant app and banking services. No live chat responding is available upon trying to connect.

Great Bank, Terrible App
Very pleased with the products offered but the app is horrible compared to competitors banking apps. It’s slow, sluggish and feels like an afterthought rather than designed for a purpose. It’s got most of the features built in but it will become a better app if they can make a more seamless app experience by including transactions history that goes further than 30 days, statements built into the app and making the UI match the latest operating system rather than looking 15 years old.

Old school app , can’t suggest this app to anyone , not simple and missing of functions , you cant make a request from this app like a non liability letter …etc , call center also the same too much time taking to connect a executive and its not toll free too 🤣🤣

I’d a bad experience in the mobile application of DIB , the bank is good however the application service is very poor. Can’t open my app even I tried its keeps says application is disabled. I’ve been informed bank also and the customer service but nobody solved still it’s been one year that the issue still not resolved. I tried a lot of time to un installed and tried again even updated but not worked.

Slow Money Transfers
DIB to DIB its very slow transfer. I waited for more then 1 hour 30 minutes and still not yet transferred. I prefer not to trust in emergency.

Process was so easy in just quick steps. I am able to open my bank account at home, and I really like it let's see in future how it's gonna work.
Worst Bank ever in UAE
Auto deduct the amount from account without any fault from our side. Will not suggest to open account from this bank.
Not able to capture the EID
I’m trying since 1 month to upload the Emirates ID in the application but this bucks are still not cleared, the new emirates ID is not getting captured, so team kindly look into this issue and kindly solve ASAP

Actually this DIB banking mobile app was too easy to make an account in online. They are updating every time i think that was a good response on the DIB Bank authoritys. Anyway i like this banking experience
