The current version has multiple problems. It suddenly crashes and if doesn’t, then timed out notifications appear during the transaction. This happened four consecutive times to me with the message appearing in a master of seconds, no matter how fast O do.

Do not use this app at all. Taking too long to transfer. Need to follow up every time with customer care & customer care people not responding properly. Every time they are giving some excuses and keeping the money for long time. struggling to transfer money & it’s taking days time with this apps. Strongly not recommended this app.

The app works decently at times. But off late it crashes often. Infact as of last week, it will open briefly before closing. Tried the usual updates, restarts, et al and still no reprieve.
Using app abroad
Very difficult to use it abroad as it’s very time not giving you chance to log in. The app just throwing you away from while trying to log in. I have to delete app and do the all process over and over again.

I initiated an emergency flash transfer to my home country and the cash was not deposited to the beneficiary account yet. Today it is the second day (48 hours) and no response from the Al Ansari team. Very bad experience

التطبيق بائس يتجاهل اللغة العربية مع أنه في دولة عربية، بينما التطبيقات البنكية في دول غير عربية اصبحت تدعم اللغة العربية. The application is miserable and ignores the Arabic language even though it is in an Arab country, while banking applications in non-Arab countries support the Arabic language.

I find it so annoying. I got my daughter a card in my name, and whenever she logs in to check her balance, I get blocked out for a long time and get a failure msg every time I try to log in. Even if she logs out I still need to wait for a long time before I am allowed to enter. Its so inconvenient especially when I need to add to her balance in a rush. Please fix this problem!

I have already sent a feedback regarding the bug, but ticket issue was closed and marked as resolved without any proper solution, looks like customer support team does not want to listen anything about the app, issues should be fixed rather than just responding ticket resolved.

When i try to register either using my photo or taking photo directly from app it is not accepting and I have to send my Emirates ID to the email mentioned which defeats the purpose of registering directly from app without hassle. Very inconvenient that i have to send my ID to their email and maybe wait from long time of response.

Does its job! Needs to improve its speed
It is good if you want to plan your budget in advance on international spends without worrying about exchange rates. The app needs improvement, it is very slow and sometimes you need quick transfers and that does not help. I also thought they provide best exchange rates but once I used my UAE credit card and the rates were far better than what AA was offering at the same time.

Very slow and it lags often. When using western unioun to transfer money, the app asks for online banking log in! And even after log in it doesn’t work!! For FAB it asks for online log on but it constantly shows the password is incorrect messages although im sure it is the right password. This app needs to be enhanced!

Can’t get the account setup!
As a new user just downloaded the app and trying to register for a new account. App keeps prompting me that EID expiry is invalid when it’s not. Tried killing the app and restarting it after which it accepted my details and allowed me to create a new PIN. However, now that I log in it’s asking me again for the same details which I entered for registration! Completely hopeless!!
