2 years with ADIB, no issues until the last 2 weeks.
For the past 2 weeks, transactions and incoming transfers have been delayed and not updated properly. Several requests show as Approved, but I’m unable to proceed with or access them. Please fix these issues.

After the update it’s fine
App is working fine and previous issues solved after 4 months. After the update the app is working great.
Advertising
Stop advertising in the middle of me checking transactions or bills just put banners also a line where if we face issue with app. We should be able to reach customer service via the app or what’s up to give changes of to the app. Think ahead stop being active only when there is a problem.

أصبح التطبيق جداً معقد وليس user friendly خطوات بسيطة تمت إضافتها ولكن اثرت على التجربة بشكل كامل : مثال عند اضافة معلومات مستفيد جديد للتحويل وادخلت بعضها واحتجت للتأكد من الباقي أضطر إلى اعادة كل شي لنه التطبيق انغلق وغير ذلك عند استكمال الإضافة يطلب كود الموبايل ثم كود الذي يصل كمسج ( which is too much ) ايضا عند اختيار الهدف من التحويل اضطر إلى الاختيار مرتين مرة بشكل عام ومرة بشكل محدد اكثر.. التجربة الحالية سيئة واتمنى ان يتم اعادة النظر فيها وتطويرها

ADIB app is one of the worst banking app I have used, it has so many technical issues, and the app frequently switches from English to Arabic and its own, I also keep on getting error messages whenever I try to upload documents, overall the experience has been very frustrating, and I would not recommend it

Issue with availability
Most of the time it has technical issues and not available to do any transfers. The app is in decline and not getting any better with updates, they are focusing on changing the user experience while they have a big issue with the availability of the app.

Not a customer friendly bank
After long thought I decided to part ways. Main reasons are as follows: - the app is very hard to use. Not to mention asked for a. Personal video to “”verify “ it was me using the app !!!!! Of course it’s me. I am seriously concerned about this bank privacy practices. - Not flexible. It takes ages to get anything done. - it feels like they are doing me a favor I don’t know if you feel it too ;) - the entire vibe is just very admin heavy this is ok for 1990 but we are past 1990’s Two stars because some of the employees are really good.

Pinnacle of stupidity now they charge me for card replacement even tho my card got stuck inside the atm
Unable to update
I have been struggling for a week to update the app. Every time I hit the update icon, it keeps loading , nothing takes place though. Can you please help me with this issue ?

The app is okay but the customer service is awful Got a fraudulent transaction on my account … had to chase them for 20 days and it’s still not resolved

Trouble while opening the app
After the theme update i Had to wait for some times to open this app on iphone , i don’t know if it’s only for me or other iPhone users are facing the same issues . Once it’s open everything is good.

Worst customer service
If i go to bank it took two to three hours for my turn. If i call on customer service they behave rude. If i am saying don’t be rude he said if u dont want to put your complain cancel the call. Two star i am giving just because app is good. Service is very bad of adib. I dont like criticizing about anyone but i cannot even tolerate misbehaviour. I haven’t done anything wrong to anyone in your staff. On what basis he misbehaved with me i dont know.
Account photo editing option
Return the AC photo option please!!!!! Updating my review for the same reason. Keep the account photo option as it’s important for the parents as their kids accounts are linked and again it’s easier to have the picture next to each account. This app is amazing and easy to use but I gave it 3 stars because they removed an option which was so efficient to have. The account photo editing option. As I have my kids account linked to mine, it was easier to have their pictures next to their account number so I don’t have to go back to my notes to know the account belongs to who… and now with the last update they removed this option!!!!! MAY YOU PLEASE RETURN IT AS IT WAS A LIFE SAVER… Thank you…

The app won’t update and I am unable to login to my online banking. Needs to be fixed

Half the time I use this app, there is a pop up saying “unable to process transaction please try again later” Otherwise the app is better than most other banks!
Touch ID Integration
The app looks great. UI is slightly confusing with a lot of + signs and lot of unused space. More importantly no Touch ID integration.
