Worst banking experience ever.
I started my account on july 2025. And i never used any service from bank till now. They charged me every month 24 AED without even notifying me about the charge. Their customer caller represtatives were also rude while calling without giving a proper responce.

WORST SERVICE BY AGENT WAEL
Worst customer service to a new user, I transferred X amount from my account as it was urgent and the transaction got failed but the money was debited from my bank account and the beneficiary didn’t receive the money. There is no proper response from the customer service, I had to call them multiple times to follow up and everytime they are giving an excuse saying it is under review and the guy i called lastly was Mr. Wael, the worst customer service agent ever, he was so rude when I was asking him I need an immediate update as I dont trust their promises anymore and i literally told him i will close my account but he doesn’t give a damn about it, all he was saying, anything else? I will disconnect the call. Like seriously? When a customer comes to frustrated to you because of your own pity response and negligence and this is how deal with them?

Good, Once we are transfer money first beneficiary added then transferring money it will taking too-much time. Also sometime missing already we added beneficiaries.

The application fails to open most of the time. Id appreciate if it’s made more customer friendly and provides a smoother experience for the users. Furthermore, the complaints i have launched in the past haven’t been catered as well so improvement in customer service is also required.

Easy to Use for New User

Face matching is not working
Face matching is not opening the front camera I’m sure I gave the permission or I wouldn’t be able to scan Emirates ID in the first place

The app still has so many glitches- many times it just doesn’t open then after a while all is well. The virtual assistant is totally useless Overall not so bad. Was able to create an account and subscribe to an ipo. But not without a bit of pain
No add beneficiary account
In my account, the beneficiary is not getting added. It is showing ‘failed upload data’. If I can’t add a beneficiary, how will any money transfer happen? I have newly created this account, but still it is showing this problem. How will this be solved? I have already sent emails and everything, but still there is no response. This is very irritating
Very bad banking service.
My ATM card was never delivered, and even when I tried to close the account, I received no response. After two months, my balance went negative. I ended up paying AED 105 without ever benefiting from the account. I will never refer anyone to this bank.
Two missing features
Everything is smooth and good. However, there are two major downsides: International Transfer and Apple Pay. 🤞
