مشكلة في اضافة مستفيد، السيلفي والتقاط صورة لا يعمل
هناك مشكلة في التطبيق لا استطيع اضافة مستفيد جديد يطلب صورة وعندما يبدا بالتقاط الصورة يبقى في نفس الوضع ولا تتم الاضافة!!!

اسوأ برنامج بنك
كبنك يضم عديد من العملاء المفروض البرنامج يكون احسن من جذي، ما يصير كل مرة يكون عند العميل معاملة ضرورية او ضروري يحول فلوس الحين اخر شي يلقى البرنامج يعلق ولا تحت الصيانة شي جداً محرج و مخيب للامل اتمنى تتعلمون من باقي البنوك و ترتقون لمستواهم انا شعرة و اغير البنك بسبة البرنامج الفاشل
Major Bug in Biometric Authentication عطل رئيسي في نظام التعرف الحيوي
Many operations can’t be done via the app as it forces you to log out and login again using biometric authentication. (Add billers to pay bills or transfer amounts). It used to one of the best bank apps. I called Customer support and said update, delete and reinstall etc. nothing worked. Transferred the complaint to IT and promised to solve within 2 working days. No one called till this moment. Customer support said these problems happened after updating their app. The question is why don’t you revert back to previous versions until you completely resolve all bugs? لا يمكن إتمام العديد من العمليات عبر التطبيق لأنه يجبرك على تسجيل الخروج ثم تسجيل الدخول مرة أخرى باستخدام نظام التعرف الحيوي (مثل إضافة جهات دفع الفواتير أو تحويل المبالغ). للأمانه كان هذا التطبيق من أفضل تطبيقات المصارف. تواصلت مع خدمة العملاء ونصحوني بتحديث التطبيق وحذفه وإعادة تثبيته، لكن دون جدوى. تحولت الشكوى إلى قسم تقنية المعلومات ووعدوني بحل المشكلة خلال يومي عمل. لم يتصل بي أحد حتى الآن. حسب اقوال خدمة العملاء أن هذه المشاكل ظهرت بعد تحديث التطبيق. السؤال هو: ليش ما ترجعون إلى الإصدارات السابقة حتى يتم حل جميع الاعطال البرمجية بشكل كامل؟

It is disappointing that we are unable to access the app simply because it requires iOS 17.6 or later. This restriction forces users to abandon perfectly functioning older devices and purchase new ones unnecessarily. App developers should not impose such limitations as a condition for logging in or using their services. Accessibility and inclusivity should be a priority, and apps should remain compatible with a wider range of devices to accommodate all users. Issue solved with the latest update, many thanks for quick response, appreciated
Poorly designed app
Very poorly designed app. So many bugs. Autofill for OTPs doesn’t work. It’s slow and difficult to navigate. Many times redemption of cash back doesn’t work and fails and then magically works the next day. Needs to be much better.
Total bad app for banking services
Most of the time I open the app, it just shows same error message for everything. The UI is just garbage it’s not even remotely user friendly. Can you tell your developer to rebuild the app with better UI and stable performance? I use it most of the time and I can’t bear it anymore with these issues.

App crash after UPDATE
When opening app it showing update.but clicking to update directly going to AppStore.then clicking open sib app ,it is again coming back to app .like boomerang.

Can’t verify EID
The app is not going past the ID verification step. I tried many times but it gets stuck on the verification button and I can’t do proceed with opening an account. Other features work fine. Please look into this issue and fix it.

App not opening or responding frequently!
im tired of using this app. serioulsy, hire some good app developers! everytime when i open for an urgent transaction this app just hangs or not responds. please see to this with utmost importance.

Worst banking app ever
I have never used anything as bad as this app.. I can’t even log in with face recognition. I have to manually input my username and password Everytime, and that was fine, until recently they had to act smart and release an update where I have to use Face ID to confirm a transfer.. there isn’t even an option to switch to OTP or any other method. JUST Face ID. And my Face ID works just fine with every single app on my phone, and Apple Pay, and even unlocking my phone, except with this app it doesn’t work. I tried calling customer care but they’re always busy 24/7 and I never get call backs. It’s gotten so bad I’ve opened another bank account and I keep my funds there, and the only reason I still use this bank is because even closing an account is a hassle. Even 1 star is too generous. If there was a negative rating option I’d give it. this bank would win the “worst bank ever” award if there was one..
