Frozen my account with my savings
The bank frozen my account with almost 6000aed. I can’t access my money yet it’s the only funds I have in my life. I’m trying to contact them and they are not telling me the reason as to why my money is locked
Can’t add card into Apple wallet
I’ve been using the bank for a while.Good experience at all.But I am suffering with the issue that I can’t add my debit card into my apple wallet.Please let me have some help

Please add the option “Add money via Master debit card” no need to go anywhere to add money
Receiving money on weekends
Only this bank i encounter that every time I’m transferring money in the account on Friday Saturday and Sunday it took 24 hours before receiving whilst other bank is crediting so fast. Not good for emergency purposes.

I got update for ruya bank and updated. But since yesterday it is not completed. I cannot open it. It is almost 24 hours.

أسوأ تجربة مصرفية على الإطلاق
أسوأ تجربة مصرفية مررت بها. خلال فترة تعاملي مع البنك واجهت تأخيرًا متكررًا في الحوالات، وإلغاء وإعادة بعض العمليات دون توضيح، بالإضافة إلى خدمة عملاء بطيئة ومعلومات غير دقيقة. رغم التزامي بتقديم جميع المستندات المطلوبة، كانت الإجراءات معقدة وانتهى الأمر بإغلاق حسابي بشكل نهائي. بناءً على تجربتي الشخصية، لا أنصح بالتعامل مع هذا البنك إطلاقًا.

Ruya bank is very very slow service I have ever come across in the uae , even 50 AED takes like for ever to hit your account, what a nightmare

Loss money
I loss my money from unauthorized transactions.. even no email and no otp no any confirmation gone 1100 dhs .. when complained they said need 45 to 120 days for investigation..i loss my money and after that I need to wait 45 to 120 days .. very bed security for savings .. bank must have authority for track where money come from and where going .. but ruya bank don’t have any information..
