Horrible struggling to apply for credit card
I am trying to apply for a credit card for past one month, online application gives error at each stage, after lots of struggle could proceed to last state but giving document error .. they should stop this app .. horrible

App Does Not Work with VPN
The app works well overall, but it does not allow access when connected to a VPN. Since using a VPN is a recommended security practice when accessing banking services, this limitation needs to be addressed urgently. I hope this issue is resolved soon.

This is pathetic bank with worst services I’ve ever experienced. Customer service doesn’t responses promptly and doesn’t resolve issues. I’m so disappointed for not getting any clear response for my emails regarding my KYC procedure. Despite of completing all required paperwork required for completing KYC, they are keeping my account blocked for no reason without mentioning any valid reasons.

App doesn’t work for a long time. Very disappointing. Nobody in branch knows anything about this issue or can advise. This is very bad considering it’s financial institution

I have transferred instant money to india but it is now 2nd day the money is not transferred yet, customer representative saying it is completed however it is showing pending in app. Very poor app and customer services

Poorly designed app and features. The add card to Apple Pay just is a shortcut to the wallet where you have to manually add the card. Who designed such a bad app ?? Every other bank app automates the entire process of adding the card to Apple Pay except Ajman bank.
