Please respond to the customers
I called their customer service several times, but they didn’t respond at all. I called five times and waited for around 10 minutes each time, but no one answered my call.

After new update application crash while login.
Bad update
This new update is not allowing me touse the app. When I try to login, before showing me even my card info, the app crashes. I can’t access properly.

This app is very useful in balance transactions , recent l had activated the app and very easy to use for balance transfer
App crashes on Secure Pay popup
The app crashes and closes automatically every time the “Secure Pay” registration screen appears. I can’t skip it or register because the app shuts down instantly. This bug appears after updating the latest update today as app force me to install inorder to open the app. Please fix the bug so i can access my card settings.
Freeze card
There is no option to freeze the card and unfreeze it like other credit cards offer this is a feature I must have

Worst experience
One if the best bank if you want to take the credit card but it’s the worst bank if you want to close the card because they will not reply and also you have to back of the bank for just a simple cancellation mail which is very disappointing and not the customer service I expected

One of most worst service no one pick my call and if u not paying outstanding amount they treating like ur criminal, to Much wrost app please don’t open account in Afaq

Most of the time app is not working and u can see only the amount what u have balance and spending amount only.
