When face biometrics fails during multiple verified transactions, which are needing only an approval ,there is no way to do OTP other than getting out of the app and getting back in Earlier we could do in a separate TOKEN app

New Procash app is a big step in wrong direction
Takes twice as long as old app, user journey layout rubbish, did not work when first launched ADCB took a week to fix with no customer communication

Considering ADCB is a big branch, it’s app is bad !
No other app is as hard to deal with than ADCB PROCASH. it is so frustrating, it takes so much time to finish tasks and transactions. It lags all the time ! Half way through making a transaction the options for certain things won’t show, like purpose of transfer option doesn’t show. Neither can you proceed or fix. You have to refresh the app and start filling the details again. ADCB also have Al Hilal banking app which is so smooth and so quick to use. But the app for procash seems like it was made so old and never updated. I have to regularly uninstall the app and reinstall for it to work. And no other app needs to do that. ADCB NEED TO FIX THEIR APP

Worst working app ever.
Slow, getting stuck multiple times during use. Need to restart it 10x before doing any transfer or anything actually. I thought by now it will be upgraded to something working well. Actually thinking of switching my bank because of this app.

No real-time Account Balance info.
This app does not show the real account balance. It is crucial for Small businesses to have access to real-time financial data. Such as real time balance and transactions. Unfortunately this app does not have this feature.

The app now appears to only work with face recognition (which rarely works less than 2/3 attempts).
