New Approval Process times out super fast
Very annoying… have to redo payment transfers multiple times through laptop as the approval code takes time, meanwhile system automatically logs you out in seconds!

Regretfully a really outdated, non-user friendly UX and very in consistent customer service. Chat bot is also not supportive. For the charges placed on us as the user it’s a bit sad.

The integration of the RAK token system with the browser based system is not fully integrated. The browser says an approval message has been sent to the registered device, but no such notification shows up on the device.

It is extremely slow from screen to screen especially while making payments. I have been waiting since 18 months hoping this will be fixed. I upgraded to the latest iphone, but the app is totally useless. Very poor performance. Rak bank top board seems to ignore this conviniently!

Revised on 31 Jan 25 Today’s update got me stuck again, after clicking continue its not processing payment just returning back ———— Functionality is good but why it buffers so much, on each click its going to backend and loading why not bring many things to front end, how come such a simple thing is ignored by developers Revised on 9Jan 24 This app is becoming slower day by day, every app is working fine but this aap is just loading for an eternity

App does respond while transferring funds
The was working gine about a month ago. Since last 30 days app stops responding while making payment and transferring funds. Really disappointed and frustrated. I have raised several complaints with the bank’s customer support but no resolution till now
