Application not working
I am facing a serious login issue with the Mashreq Biz app. I successfully reset my password, and the app clearly confirmed “Password reset successful.” However, when I proceed to sign in using the same username and newly created password, it still shows “Incorrect credentials.” I have already tried many times

Facial recognition software not working
Latest update locked me out of my account as their facial recognition software doesn’t work. Costumer service require 48h, should be options available to continue business banking if their software is faulty or doesn’t have the correct information. No customer service email replies only automated

Why remove ability to use saved passwords in Passwords app! Who wants to type the password every time you open the app. Crazy!
I'm facing a serious issue with Mashreq Neobiz and getting no support.
I'm facing a serious issue with Mashreq Neobiz and getting no support. Today, I received an email saying someone made an update to my account. I immediately tried to report it through the Mashreq app, but I kept getting an error when trying to submit the request. So I called customer service at +971 4 424 4550 — 7 times. Out of those 7 calls, two were answered by agents who said they only deal with personal accounts, not business accounts. Strangely, they told me to call the same number I had just called — which makes no sense. Even worse, the voice menu asks me to enter the CVV of a card that isn’t even linked to my account. There’s no other way to reach an agent or get help. At this point, I have no idea what’s going on with my account or whether it’s safe. @MashreqBank — this is unacceptable. I need urgent help from the right support team.

Honestly, it’s been a struggle. Communication is tough, and the document submission process is a constant battle. Their files never seem to work right, so I’m always stuck using workarounds and special tools just to get things moving

They know how to save 1000AED because within two days they are not respond last minute they will respond and they will give you 1000 of. Requirement. I am extremely disappointed with the service quality. I have been continuously raising complaints for the past 20 days, yet the issue remains completely unresolved. Despite paying monthly fees for this business banking service, the mobile application has no usable features at all. I am unable to perform even basic functions such as transfers, adding beneficiaries, or managing account settings. This has severely affected my business operations. It is unacceptable that a paid business account remains non-functional for such a long period without any concrete resolution or accountability. I expected a professional level of service, especially for a business banking platform. I strongly request immediate action to fully activate all application features or provide a clear resolution timeline. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to escalate the complaint further. I look forward to your urgent response.
Successful new app update but
New app works amazing but it’s in Arabic and I can’t find language option to set it back to English
It’s a cocktail app, in English version half of the texts are in Arabic

Too much of technical glitch poor customer support
One of the worst business banking apps, always goes down due to unidentified technical glitch. Customer support is very poor even after complaints no body responds. Call support is more pathetic, no one bothers to call back , too much of unnecessary IVR options. Prefer not to use this bank if you want to have a worry free business transaction.
