Noqodi is a very convenient and user friendly payment application. This app is easy to use, fast and makes digital payments simple and secure.
Nothing works
I’m not able to sign up because the OTP doesn’t work properly and even when I try to send help request, it gives me an error
The face verification doesn’t work
If you start using this app, you get the impression that you can easily create an account based on your UAE Pass. Which would be handy! That suggestion is wrong. You have to create a new account first, and then you can link it with your UAE Pass. For me it’s unclear what the advantage would be. Then trying to proceed, I have no option to select my Emirates ID card for verification, I am automatically and forcefully forced to do a face ID check. As so often, this fails. It doesn’t matter if I’m in the sun out of the Sun with studio lighting with whatever lighting I use. Brings me to the question: do you test this stuff? Because now I am your unpaid test manager. Actually I don’t like being a unpaid test manager.
App is not working
There is no option for business login in the app, you can only login to personal account after the update. We are unable to access our account from app.
Newer version looks better
The new version got enhanced and become easier with less bugs.

Everything is a challenge. Create an account. Log in … support takes weeks to reply and yet no solution.

UAE pass login is broken
And this just the latest of the many issues. Please pull this app from the App Store, it doesn’t meet Dubai standards and it certainly doesn’t contribute to the happiness agenda

Kuwaiti passport cannot be accepted
I’m trying to to pay to Dubai land department fees, they don’t have any other way except this program and this program is not verifying my account because it’s not accepting a Kuwait passport
Poorly built app
Raised complaint and fund move and withdrawals requests, unable to do. Nobody contected regarding my complaint. Now afraid of my funds in wallet.
Zero stars not possible
I really hate Dubai Land Department forcing us to use noqodi for maintainance payments. Trust me payment promptness and collections towards maintainance will be better if noqodi the useless app is dumped and any other payment gateway is used.
The worst app
The worst app I’ve ever used. Nothing works and lack of information on how to handle the app. It auto creates an account and then doesn’t give you any info. And then we create an account it doesn’t link. Can’t register an account. Full of holes and bugs. And worst of all it has your money so in order to get it you have no choice but to suffer all of it and get. I’ve been trying for months to get into my account it’s always full of bugs and I still haven’t got the amount in my auto created wallet.
Very bad experience
I downloaded this app they wanted to verify it is you so they deducted 2 dhs and then asked the documents to verify the user they asked to submit the documents so that once they approve the documents they will allow me to use the wallet. But even after 10 days of submitting the documents they didn't approve so what’s the point team to wait for 10 days to use your app. I dont see any point in downloading it just wasted my time guys.
