App is amazing !! You just need to wait a bit while you open it as it loads form the server for many features and if you have issues email them they are super helpful
PIN code error
Randomly refusing the right PIN code for no good reason. Very bad application and not intuitive error handling

Option to approve e wallet payments not available in the app. It would be better if this is enabled.
Always needs Updates
Unfortunately, this app has not been programmed to be very stable. Every week it needs a new update and a new password. When you work with the app, you realize that professionals were not at work. Only 2 stars.

Lots of bugs. One of them it asks for password change. You follow their guideline - number, different case, special characters and STILL it rejects. It’s 2026, it’s time to bring the app to modern standards
Weirdest mobile app ever
This banking app is so wierd. First it rejects my smart pass even though I never changed it. Then it says login using forgot password option and it sends otp on my mobile but when I enter the same otp it still locks my login saying credentials were not verified??? I mean it even doesn’t logs me in with my biometrics!??? This is digital banking??? I mean now what more do I need to prove who I am online? My registered mobile my registered email my biometrics and yet you doubt my credentials???

Unable to download Statement
It’s really not possible to download authentication bank statements after it’s been initiated and completed on the app. It keeps saying File is invalid when trying to download it.

This app is full of problems. While the personal baking app is smooth this one is not even close to being adequate for business banking.

Impossible to Activate Smart Pass
I have recieved and email saying that the SMS OTP will be discontinued on the 19/09/2025 and we have to register smart pass to be able to authorize payments. However the app goes in circles and doesn’t let me activate the SMART PASS. Not user friendly at all.
Life Saving
The latest update enable us to do the transactions within the application. Great effort from the team to make it simple as ENBD X. Really appreciate 😊
