The worst app and business banking services ever app is not working well and wasting your time then they ask you to visit the branch

A lot is to be desired from the app and website , very difficult to navigate and get simple tasks done, maybe your software development team needs to take a good look at the emirates NBD business online app and their business website it might be an inspiration.

It is so outdated very slow and too complicated. I don’t see the purpose of making this up. Can you please try to at least make it like the normal banking app as it is so complicated?
Garbage
The app and the online banking are absolute garbage. Their software is literally back from the 90s. I don’t understand how you can do business nowadays with this

Even small child can develop better app.this is worst app and not usefulness.Please pay better salary or payment to professional developers then it will be ok.
Bad application and bank
Beware , after few months of using the app and dealing with the bank for my business I decided to change the bank (final decision) . This is very basic application that you need to login twice to work (first login will freeze the screen). You can expect to get wrong login messages for the application that will lock your account. Bringing the account back can take days if not done properly. Customer service will answer you but not take any serious action. I only use the app because I have to, but the application needs major updates. I’m sure other banks offer something better and more stable
