App not working on 6 plus, I reinstalled 5 to 6 times.Kindly fix the bug.
Getting worse and worse
The STC Bank app is getting worse and worse, and I think it’s finally time to say goodbye and switch to another bank. One of the most frustrating changes is that you can no longer take a screenshot or easily share proof of a transaction. This is something people use every day when buying or selling items, paying online, or simply sending proof of payment to someone. We used to receive SMS confirmations, which made it quick and easy to share payment proof. Now, that simple process has become unnecessarily complicated—if not impossible. I honestly don’t understand why a banking app would remove such a basic and useful feature. What a joke.

This was we all wanted. New design and looks.
No screenshots
Cant take a screenshot after the latest update. I need to share payment receipt with the recipient but now I cant do it anymore. Please add it back!!! So annoying. Also the interface is laggy.
Not a user friendly app at all
The Standard Chartered Bank app really needs improvement. There is no option to update official documents like Emirates ID or other details. No chat option is available for customer support, which makes it hard to get help. Applying for a supplementary card is not easy and the process is to send email and fill the form and share with signature (old books, c’mon…). Customer service is difficult to reach. Payment receipts take at least 24 hours to update, and changing the card PIN is also very complicated.
The new update breaks credit card limits
The new update removes the the credit card limit setting, there is no confirm button. I cannot change my credit card limits after this update. Please fix this.

App is satisfactory
Everything generally works quite well. However the update on the credit card after a payment only shows up 7-10 days later. This is too long considering that the app should have a digital link.

Technical Error, Request Fail
I am using this App from more than 1 year, If I purchased something online it will show in App that do you wants to convert to Easy Installment if I try to convert it will give error message request failed same thing happened while applying cash against credit limit. If this happens rarely means it ok but from day one it same till date - NO USE
App became slow
Your app in comparison to other apps takes longer time in login, making payment.
Slow and not user friendly
Most of the time it’s slow and no option to delete bill payment beneficiaries.
Mobile App crashing
Hi, Since yesterday I am encountering a problem while using the mobile app. The app is crashing when I click to get card transactions or savings account transactions. I am using iPhone 12 pro. Please check and resolve the issue. Thanks Ashwini Kumar

Great UI and App but actual products could be better
pros Login easy and secure Stable , hardly any crashes great search function Uncluttered UI ( though a few services , like easy installments, utilities etc could be on front page itself) Cons You may not find yourself using this app much because SC credit cards itself have some of the least competitive cash/rewards programs compared to other UAE credit cards Annual fees are also on the higher side (though you can try some of their products: free for one year)

It keeps crashing after login you click anything. Login is gine but within app you click anything and it ceashes

Managed to make mobile banking simple and easy to use. Only missing item is add new beneficiary & payments and modify existing. Apart from this, very user friendly.
Pathetic user experience
Authentication has issues, loads extremely slow, nothing loads when go to rewards. Don’t understand how do they release with such blockers

Lot of problems in the app, downtime is very frequent, sometimes logs me out of the app while browsing the app.

Very easy to use. Real Banking at your fingertips. A must have apps if you bank with SC UAE. I would like to see iPad version

After last update the app is not working properly, everytime i click on the main account it kicks back to the login screen

Slow app
Not well designed and take lot of time in viewing transactions and other pages
Basic flaw on customer balance view
When I login as a credit card customer, I see the balance but does not show if it is debit or credit balance (in case I make a over payment beyond my outstanding balance) It should mention Dr or Cr balance

I shocked by seeing my credit card bill that for not paying 0.02 fills they put a interest of 230 dhs. How worst is this!

it is a solid application , but only with a few features and things you can do . Need more things can be done via mobile banking . Mobile banking is the future for all bank process they need to focus more . Now with new update , still limited. With options . Far away from emirates Islamic bank or nbd internet banking
