Partial Settlement Loan SR not creating
Hello, app is not allowing to create the partial home loan request. It’s throwing error. Please fix it to change my rating.

Refunds not received.
I am having an issue everytime refunds are sent to my account. It says it’s refunded but it doesn’t reflect. I always have to chase and your complaint and suggestion department isn’t responding at my follow ups. Can you help me?

Frequent updates
Frequently updating the app without user testing. I just opened the app to do a transaction urgently and the app forced me to update. After mentioning the payment amount, it gave an option to select the bank account, once selected payment amount disappeared, poor user experience. To logout the button is no longer visible, who even approved such changes ???
Last Udate Killed App (Update)
There was an update which killed the app for me where the app would require FaceID on startup. This issue was resolved and I am able to use this app as before. Thank you to the developer for fixing this. Overall it’s a solid banking app. There are a few issues with clarity around how to manage some things.

Credit card balance is slow
The credit card balance is unreliable. I pay on my card once a week. Twice in 2 months I’ve overpaid due to the bank not maintaining a properly up to date balance. Some times it takes 3 weeks for a payment to show in the balance presented by the app.

This app is quite good. I find it to be versatile, enabling me to do mostly everything I need to get done remotely. It also seems intuitive with reasonably good interface.
Irritating push advertising
Hugely frustrating every time the app opens one has to be bombarded with advertising! A waste of valuable time and a real Issue with the app as no option to turn off. A serious reason to consider changing banks!

Recently used the intra transfer mobile pay feature and had a great experience. The journey was quick, effortless, and easy to navigate. The latest enhancements have made the overall experience even better!
Worst bank
Unfair charges and zero customer support. My EMI was due on July 4th. I deposited the full amount into my account at 8.30 PM on the exact due date. The bank debited the EMI successfully, but their system still charged me a massive 400 AED penalty fee. I have emailed them to correct this automated mistake, but they completely ignore their customers. I am filing a formal dispute and escalating this to Sanadak. Avoid this bank if you want fair treatment.

Why is there no cheque deposit scanning and deposit in app? Considering you have reduced your number of ATMs and reduced those with cheque deposit, it has become incredibly difficult to deposit a cheque.

Please remove the pop ups and place all promotions under a separate tab. I don’t need to be harassed with ads every time I sign in.

The best app for on line banking
Not user friendly
App is a clutter of menus and sub menus with functions tucked away for the user to ‘discover’ Incessant advertising of same promotion every time I log in becomes repetitive.
Not Fit for Purpose
Aside from being glitchy and often unusable, the whole system seems to have been corrupted. I have been waiting a response regarding funds taken from my account without my approval and without any other contact from the bank all I receive is an automated message saying the matter has been dealt with. I sincerely hope that it is just the online system that has been corrupted and not the ethics of the bank itself.

I want to say a huge thank you to the ENBD team! In my previous review, I requested a Dark Mode feature, and I am so glad to see that you actually listened to your users and added it in the latest update. The new interface looks phenomenal and feels much cleaner and easier to use now. It's a great improvement to the overall user experience. As a small suggestion for the next update, it would be wonderful if the installment section could be made a bit more simple and easier to navigate. Keep up the great work! Thank you again for providing such a wonderful banking experience.
Hidden fees and zero support for app complaints
Highly disappointed with the ENBD X app and the bank's dispute handling. An agent explicitly promised me a 0% interest EMI offer, and even though the payment was strictly in AED, I was hit with hidden international processing fees. Customer support told me to use the app to resolve the issue, but the app gives zero transparency or real updates on ongoing disputes. They refuse to review their own customer care call logs to verify what was promised. Other banks like ADCB and Mashreq manage their digital disputes, tracking, and customer service much more reliably. If you want transparent card management and functional app support, look elsewhere.

Good idea to update old version off application. Design not bad However this one always has issues before was a lot issues with logging after with local transfers, now not working international transfers. Mobile banking application without mobile banking services is useless.
