Customer service is a nightmare. My money got stuck and no one helps. Their virtual assistant is useless. Live agents disconnects when you are typing. Tried 3 times to explain them but disconnected and next time the option is not available. My issue was with updating EID.

Every transation I make for snding money abroad takes too long to be completed. It will be stuck on initiated for almost 8-10hrs. This will be considered as false advertisement because they mentioned immediate result for ewallet transactions but that is really not the case here.

At first is was going good. Now Iβm trying to open the app, itβs not more opening. And I have a deal with tabby. How will I pu them cuz the have my ewall Apple Pay card. But the e money app isnβt opening again. Iβm frustrated now ππ€

I add AED 600 to my e&money account but money not received even after 24 hours, However I checked other side the transaction was successful.. Customer care service also very poor..I highly recommend do not use this app..

This is the worse app I experienced. Costumer service also not good. They will say we will fix but it never happened. My money stuck there long time and no response. Even i emailed them also. I never use this app again. And i will not suggest anyone

I enjoy using the app extensively, but the exchange rates for certain countries are not optimal. Moreover, it is impossible to make payments to companies using the app, even when an invoice has been provided by the company for online shopping purposes.
