I accidentally clicked the option of loan in Hayak app. Now am not even able go back choose saving account. I tried several ways including re installing the app. Bt everything fails
Faced some issues
Even though the application is very smooth to use, once I received my welcome kit for adcb hayyak, I activated my account and debit card but I can’t see any interface for transaction or balance, I just see only the delivery status of my welcome kit. Any reply would be appreciated.

Fake Touchpoints Offer
I have opened an ADCB Hayyak account, then transferred my Salary and even got a ADCB credit card also. And it has been 18 months since and I have not even received 1 Touchpoint from their advertised 200,000 Touchpoints campaign. Now they keep blaming saying they are unable to locate my SMS and asking for screenshot proof of the SMS. How foolish!

It is user friendly but giving hard time when scanning the signature even though it is clear a message appears that it is not clear it shoul be improved

Seems like it’s taking so long even though they say its fast and convenient. The documents review team is even asking data from 2009 😂. strange personal questions.

I managed to open my bank account in August using this app and happy with the services offered by ADCB. After opening the account, this app is not needed. Wish the ADCB app is improved and includes this feature.
