They provide very poor service. Each name said without any reason. They will cut the money.
Money will be deducted from our account without any need. This app will not work on iPhone. If you say you can contact them, it won't work. You are giving very bad service. If someone reports a problem, they don't even check it. It's a waste of money to cut the bill like this by calling it an extra charge or a normal charge without any reason. I know what this is about. If you don't get a reply to this I will file a complaint in the UAE court.

Hello Support Team, I am unable to open the app in iphone . It gets stuck on the login screen and does not proceed any further. I have already checked my internet connection, restarted my phone, updated the app (if applicable), and tried opening it multiple times, but the issue still persists. Since i updated the app to last version it’s not working it keep freezing on log in screen and i can’t log into my account, Previously i turned on login with touch id feature but now with the new update of the app it’s not working, Also when i try to log in manually i can’t because the empty field of entering password doesn’t accept any inputs. Moreover now the app is asking for email address and password to login into my account meanwhile i registered on the app using only mobile number and a password. I had reported to customer service 3 days ago and nothing fixed yet so please make the developers and programmers do something about this.
