I don’t understand why they greenlit this app update. It’s worse than before. The scrolling is very choppy, not smooth at all. I feel like the UI is worse than before, not as easy to read and use. I also had to re-enroll in Zelle for whatever reason. The app was fine as it was, the most they should have done is very light visual modernization. This feels like a step backwards unfortunately. Great bank though!

This update is trash. I had no problems until now. The app won’t accept any password I make based on the 12 digit code required.

I can’t tell where my transactions are from with the new update :/ I used to be able to see at least what the withdrawal was for and now it doesn’t show me. Bummer.
Make it USER FRIENDLY, not a puzzle
Please replace the “+” sign with something that I will recognize as where I want to go to Transfer funds between accounts. I HATE guessing games!

Every since they updated this app it has crashed so many times. I never had this many problems with the app before they update!
Update is a complete disaster
Whoever approved this new version of the Tri City app should be embarrassed. It’s a complete trainwreck. I can’t log in, can’t view my balance, can’t do anything except stare at an “unexpected error” message. Before this so-called upgrade, the app worked just fine — now it’s totally useless. It’s pathetic that a bank handling people’s money can’t manage a functioning app. I’ve tried every fix under the sun — reinstalling, password resets, browser logins — and still nothing. Meanwhile, customer service just says “try again later.” Yeah, I’ve been “trying later” for days. Tri City should be ashamed of rolling out this garbage without testing it properly. This isn’t an upgrade — it’s a full system failure. If this is the best they can do, it makes me question how they handle anything behind the scenes.
Face ID has never worked
I’ve had the app a long time and I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times, always check for updates but never have had Face ID work on my iPhone. Please fix this.

The tellers are exceptional, I know that they ask for identification, if they don’t know you, and even if they do know you. That’s comforting to know.
i can’t log into my account
i waited for the update and tried to log into my account and it’s telling me i have to make a new password. alright fine. fill out a few things and it only says unable to find my information therefore i can’t make a new password THEREFORE i can’t log into my account?? absurd.

Can't access my account on the app or online. Best part is getting an email telling you there's a message for you on the app. Why not just say what you needed on the email? Leave it to some engineer to mess up something that was working. To bad musk doesn't buy tri city and fire 80% of the idiots like he did with twitter

Update? Can see anything
Waited for app to update all weekend, blind to my account other than at an ATM. Not convenient at all. Now I can’t create a new password and I’m still locked out . Nothing has changed on my end, what’s up on yours Tri City?

Updated Version
The updated version of the mobile app and the online banking unfortunately are not an upgrade from the previous versions. They lack transaction details and are less user friendly. The reason for a mobile app is for quick transaction details on the go. The new app does not provide this. I am disappointed with the choice that Tri City made to “upgrade”.
Just why?
Why are you shutting down the App AND the website where people can login and view their accounts??? If you are shutting down both there should be alternatives so people can still login to their ACCOUNTS!! Whoever had the bright idea of giving the digital banking an “update” and shutting down every single thing should be fired. This is ridiculous and all I can do is hope that this is done by the end of today so I can access my account again.
