Nice and easy to use
App
This app could be so much better if you would link my credit card info to the same home page instead of having to sign in twice. You could also add a four digit pin for signing in.
The Bill Pay Section Needs Help
The bill pay software they use has a number of small inconveniences that all add up to frustration. Things like… - when on a payee’s detail page, you want to see your history with that payee so you hit the “history” button. It takes you out of the payee’s page and shows you your history for all payee’s. - no ability to search by confirmation number. - many back buttons don’t take you to the last place you were but somewhere else unrelated. WaterStone Bank has some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Their third party bill pay software could use some improvements.

Great App, Minor Improvements Would Be Nice
The app works great. The only complaint I would have is that it does not keep track of transfers between accounts. A simple monthly tracker would be nice for those who like to keep money in savings and transfer to checking accounts. If you get over a certain amount they charge you but do not warn you that you are over your transfers for the month.
Mobile deposits NOT going through!!
App is great, except for mobile deposits NOT working properly which is a definite convenience factor! Have to go to the bank if you want to make sure your deposit actually goes through & into your account.
Not as promised
Display of linked accounts with brokers and other banks requires regular logging in to those accounts. And it still doesn’t work for some accounts. I use the application for paying bills which has worked fine. The account aggregation feature is too frustrating to use.

I use this app a lot. Does everything it says, very user friendly. A few things for improvement: 1)I love using the calendar feature on the full site to pay my bills. Please add it to this app as well. 2)Wish I could view scans of cleared checks like you can on the full site. 3) It would also be nice if WSB offered the "photo check deposit" like Chase Bank has.
Waterstone Bank mobile app
I like the app. Easy to see everyday activities and even deposit a check. Having said that! This app has so many issues and they aren't being fixed. I have tired wells fargo, chase, and tricity bank apps, but this is the worst one. Crashes a lot, every few days, I can't sign in, it just loads non stop and then shows error message. Can't seems to login for a whole day sometimes. And no, it's not my internet. Please fix it and make it better.

It took me quite a while to find a back that had my needs covered and I was willing to use. I have no crazy fees or better yet fee after fee after fee. I walk in or drive up they know me and they have answers when I have questions. I recommend this back to everyone. Love this bank
