Since app update!
I am no longer able to view all transactions after the recent app update. I now have to use my internet browser and go to the guardian website. Which kind of defeats purpose of the app. Fix this and I’ll rate 5 stars.

Hi, After Guardians update transfers have gotten a lot slower. Please advise. People at times need fast transfers. Thanks

I’ve been a devoted member for over two decades not once have I had any type of problems with customer service nor any type of issues with banking. I am absolutely 100% satisfied with the service that I have received and have also passed down to my children to receive the same type of benefits and satisfaction.
App Is Stupid
Asks for verification code. You go to get it in your email on an iPhone and then it locks you out because you left the app.
Where is sign up button at ?

Check deposit doesn’t work
When I deposit a check through the app the image I took of the check disappears and so the deposit is not accepted.

Horrible app
I wish you would look at Royal Credit Unions app. It is awesome. This app holds every check for review and has a terrible lay out.
Can improve
The app is okay but I still like the old one better. The old app allowed multiple separate account log ins to be saved. The new app only allows one account log on to be saved. With handling business and personal accounts this gets annoying to have to log in and out every time and enter the account data and passwords.

There was an update yesterday and now I can no longer log into my accounts with my saved info!

Old App was better, can’t manage multiple accounts.
The old application allowed me to have multiple accounts which I could access via a pin. With the new app I have to change the login and provide the password every time I want to view a different account. This made it much less useful. I’ll honestly probably just close one of the accounts and move it over to another bank so I can at least manage them without constantly having to switch login information. Very disappointing. But heh it looks prettier then the old app.
Nice app, needs improvement
This a nice little app. You can see all your accounts, and transfer money between them. However, I have noticed that you cannot see direct deposits (made from payroll) until the day after they have been made. This really annoys me.

The old app was better.
This new version Is terrible! I loge in to check balances cant see that information anymore. I tried logging in to checking it takes me to the full website. Loss of functionality, cumbersome, not worth the headache it caused with all of the "loading" screens. DELETED IT!

Newest update crashes every time
I cannot access my account at all. Every time I enter my PIN it just loops back to enter it again. Stop trying to "improve" something that was working perfectly fine!

My first experience with on-line banking has been wondering and so easy. Love being able to use mobile deposit.

Only works when I'm connected to wifi doesn't work on cellular data!

Been a member for over a decade. Over the years of maturing I am beyond satisfied with this Banking Credit Union. Although I live entirely out of region of nearest location, the whole establishment has held me in upmost security.
