Great Service Overall
I've been a Guardian Credit Union member for years, and overall I've had a great banking experience. The only issue I had was with a transaction that couldn't be resolved through Guardian, even though they had the same information as another institution. I ended up working with the other company, and they were able to return my money to my account within minutes. That experience was disappointing and caused me to stop banking with Guardian for a couple of months. However, because of the excellent service I've received over the years, I decided to come back. Everyone has always been professional, friendly, and helpful, and I still trust Guardian with my banking. No bank is perfect, but Guardian has earned my business again.

Slow and not simplified
They definitely need a update to improve the use of the app.

Sometimes I can’t even log in.

Can’t login anymore
Wife and I changed phone and updated to latest OS and can no longer login. Cloudflare human verification fails with error so we can’t get past login screen. We’ve attempted deleting and redownloading app to no avail.
Loans
Hey I’ve been a member for years. Never missed an payment with them. Had an co signer with me and they wouldn’t give me a car loan. That’s why I rate them 2 stars. Just don’t want to change banks.

Up until a few days ago the app would rotate on my iPad when I turned it, but now it doesn’t rotate anymore!!!!!!! WHY???????
Honestly
I like them as a bank the mobile app is easy and the ladies when I go into the bank physically are wonderful and fast.
app needs to be fixed
The app was fine until a few months ago when they updated it now everytime you log in and try to transfer it logs you out and then you have to log in again. It always works the second time but it is very inconvenient. My husband app and a few family members apps do the same

I’ve been with Guardian for 10yrs and I wouldn’t trade it for anything ,they are very helpful ,professional and trustworthy people! They will alert you if they think a site is a scam they have saved me multiple times ! Cheers to ten years and many more thanks Guardian!

App constantly ask if you want to turn digital wallet on, when you select no, it crashes the app. Your account balances don’t update unless you click each account, you can no longer see an actual vs pending balance. The old app worked flawlessly. This app makes me want to close my accounts at Guardian. I’d give this app zero stars if I could.
