Deposit check
The automatic and manual photo taker for depositing checks is horrendous. Y’all need to fix this, it’s an absolute headache every single time I need to deposit a check.

They steal your money
If you have an account with money in it and don’t use it for a while, they will slowly deduct money from it until they take it all. They want you gone so they steal it and close it. The right thing to do would be to mail you a check and close your account. No, they choose to steal it without you noticing. Marine Credit Union can kiss it and suck it. Thieves!
Not so good
Freeze ups, slow response to keyboard, delayed mobile deposit and just don’t look as good as the old app. Wish things that worked great could just be left alone.

You guys would ruin the app, idek how that’s possible, all you needed to do was keep it the same way but add features . Now the thing literally never remembers me , I gotta log in everytime so the “quick balance” actually corrects itself to the right balance . 1/5 untill it’s fixed.

This year, March 32 years of working with a great people who operate this credit union. Formally teachers, credit union set the stage and the high bar for others to follow when it came to service and convenience. Thank you to all of you who make this experience possible every day?

They have been fantastic to work with they helped me with loans. Reopened my checking account after I messed it up. Very helpful and friendly people even when I’ve been crabby and short with them.
Marine CU provides great service
Marine CU is always prompt and current. I have another bank account required for my mortgage loan through AXOS in California. Their app takes a week to show my money transfer and deposit activity. When I call for customer support, the difference between the two are like night and day. I was disappointed to learn that branches are closed and AI automation is in the place of humans. Thank you Marine CU for providing great service.

Verification does not work
Like to now be able to take a picture of your check and it is deposited!
But do not like that there aren’t actual banks when you need help with unauthorized use of your accounts.

Update is trash
The new update is terrible. It won’t let me log in at all. Just sits on the loading screen infinitely.
Long time member
I have been a member for many years. I have never had a problem, issue or error. If I have questions they are quickly answered. I find the staff friendly and supportive. And my account has always been safe with no problems.
Mobile banking
This app rarely works properly and keeps directing to areas that does not solve issues for logging in.

Tried to set up app for days. First wouldn’t send text for confirmation, made me use email. Second kept telling me to call members services. Total waste of my time. Make it better please
Love and hate
I loved this app so much and now.. now it won’t keep me signed in to my login name and it looks weird.. like it opens and then a new screen pops open right in front of it so I feel like something wrong with my app for here

One of the worst phone apps I have ever had to download. Installing it was a headache not very user friendly.
