Terrible
Crashes or doesn’t load all the time. Doesn’t update fast enough.
Only bank available for the homeless.
Title is self explanatory. Critical infrastructure, and you would think getting a bank account and getting a job would be the easiest part of being American.
Annoying
I am constantly being signed out of the app. The remember me feature is useless And then every time I try to sign back in, I get an authentication error
Rewards Unavailable
I can’t access my credit card rewards via the app and when I try to use the mobile webpage, it’s also unavailable. What good is having the Landmark credit card if I can’t access the rewards without a computer?

I love this customer service! Also kind and helpful.
Can’t see my transactions
I can’t see my transactions. This has been an ongoing problem for 2 weeks now. Whenever I try to reach out by virtual chat the app crashes so I can’t even do anything about the problem.
Good App but…
Good mobile app overall but constantly having to put in login credentials is very annoying. I no longer see the ability to login with FaceID. What happened to that feature? Please fix!!!
Outdated Online System
The system is really slow with updating the amount that is actually available in your account. It is sometimes confusing, and it doesn’t have a lot of the features that most online making accounts have.

I have been a member of Landmark CU since 1973! My favorite financial institution! Thank you! 💗
Credit Limit
I had a $14,000 credit limit with my balance near that. I’ve paid off all but $2,200 of it this past week. Landmark now has credit limit to about $5-6,000.
Mostly good
No longer showing the full list of accounts is a poor update. Every time I try to click to show more it takes me to Credit Hub which is right next to it. The odds I need to click into credit hub are low so it’s annoying. Also taking the automatic photo of deposit check is hit or miss.

This App is unreliable
This App is unreliable. Been down all day so far. No message indicating it is down. On hold with bank for way too long only for them to tell me they can’t help me unless I can tell the information about transactions that I can’t remember and I can’t verify because their platform is down. This is after giving SSN, DOB, phone, and Two factor Authentication, Ugh!!! So frustrating! This bank has really gone downhill. They need new Tech Leadership. They also need to do a better job protecting our personal data. Mine was just released in a breach with one of their vendors and I didn’t find out about it until 5 months after the breach occurred.

They keep turning off on their own and it makes it go from super easy to annoying that quick

Can never get my deposits instantly when I transfer from other accounts. Takes foreverrrrrr

Sadly the newest update has made it so that I am unable to see total amount of my pending payments.

It is great, I Mean it does what is supposed todo but it just better, you should use it and the landmark

Super unethical practices around loan payment just to stack on late fees. Doing everything I can to get away from this institution, always a process with banks but learn from my mistakes. Insulting customer service experience and am currently blocked from paying my loan as they happily keep the fees coming. Not worth it!!!

This is one of the worst mobile apps I’ve ever used. It’s constantly freezing up on me, it’s not on the cutting edge and it’s pretty annoying to be honest.

One step forward, two back
8/27/2025: Clearly these bad UI updates just keep coming. Whoever is approving the UX does not use the app day to day. -Why is bill pay now broken up across 3 different screens. You can no longer see at a glance what bills are scheduled vs which were paid without jumping across multiple screens. The scheduled totals are now completely gone, so budgeting across the month is useless. -It may be time to look for a new bank for me. Previous updates: This is the worst update I have seen. •The app keeps asking for biometrics and there is no way to turn off the ask each time I log in. •Remember me cannot be unchecked and you have to delete and reinstall the app to clear the setting. •The app keeps asking for verification of my phone but will not accept the code because it says the name I type in is already in use, forcing me to disable the remember this device and having to do the authentication again next time. •Making any transfers does NOT actually update your displayed account totals. You have to back out and refresh all to see any changes.
