Demasiado cobran por un dia de overdraft en otros bancos dan 24 horas de gracia y aquí todo lo contrario.
Frustrating
This app randomly logs you out then tells you that you’re accurate correct password and usernames are not correct. It’s very frustrating trying to check the balance of my account. It’s a constant Aunt. It would be very much appreciated if it wasn’t to hear so I can just check my balance instead of having to go through making a new password and then being told that it’s not the correct password that I just made.

Where is the Zelle option? It won’t let me make an individual Zelle account because it says my bank already has it, but I don’t see an option to send money online or through the mobile app?

Doesn’t work half the time
The application or device has violated security protocol. App works about half the time. Do not recommend using this, because it’s almost impossible
Fed-up & Lame - Just Use Their Website
For what actually works in this app, you can save space on your phone and just use their equally lame website. Their answer is to call instead of actually making the links in the app perform the functions they describe. Transferring to an external account or paying bills repeatedly doesn’t work. “Try again later.”, is the response. Contacting them through email kicks you out of the app and to their website, where supposedly you’re linked in to a secure method of contact. I got a response in my email box telling me to go back to the site, log in and use the secure contact link to send them a message. No response to my question! Pure runaround!

Frustrating
Constant frustrating issues with this app. Just want to be able to check my balance whenever I want. This app is consistently not available when I try to login at night, weekends, etc. & constantly forgets my Face ID. After 30 years with them it’s time to find a new bank. I see reviews on here from 7 years ago with the same issues. Fix your app! Other banks are able to support their apps just fine, figure it out….
So BAD! Face ID is a joke!
I would love this app if it was’t for the fact that ever other day it errors out and says I have to reset everything. So then I’ll try to log in with just my password and then that doesn’t work either. I usually have to wait like 4 hours before I can finally log in again at which point I have to remember to turn back on the Face ID option again. It’s so frustrating. Obviously it does this so much I’ve decided I needed to leave a review. PLEASE FIX THUS ISSUE!!!!

I love how convenient the app is but when you don’t check it for a couple of days it logs you completely out of your account and in order for you to log in anywhere you need to call customer support to get your account unlocked. This is very frustrating and I hope it eventually gets fixed.
North Shore has improved my opinion of banks
I was apprehensive to bank with a bank, especially after having worked for a credit union, & also just bc you hear a lot about the state of our economy & what might happen if everything digital breaks down, so I am paranoid about not having access to my money when I need it. So far, I admit North Shore has made banking easy & stress free for me, & I’m enjoying the experience!

This is the most annoying app on the planet, constantly making me delete the app and redownload to log in and it’s been years of it doing this

HORRIBLE DO NOT BANK
The app is down almost every other day and there is 0 customer service. There is a number to dial but it just circles you from one AI to the next until it hangs up. Your money is not safe or usable until they feel like it and this happens often. Read all the 1 star reviews and you will see the 5 stars are clearly fake/bought. Canceling my account this week.

Needs a lot improvement
One of the worst mobile banking apps I have ever used. I never know if I’m going to be able to login and check my account, or if the app is going to pop up with a long message telling me its unable to validate my information. If I could give it zero stars, I would.
Usually love but
Please fix the problem with not being able to view transactions in checking account on IOS. It only works for savings accounts and it’s frustrating to have to use browser just for one account.

This app is horrible I would give it 0 stars if possible!!! I can’t never log in at night for some reason or early in the morning. I’m just so annoyed with it. Very unreliable
