Very User friendly
One easiest to use especially for not tech savvy people
App no longer works
Not sure what the hell you developers must have done, but I use this app every single day, and suddenly there’s a loading screen and it loads for about 30 seconds just to say “System Error. Please try again later.” I’ve uninstalled the app, reinstalled it, cleared cache, and did the app update, and it still doesn’t work. Thanks guys, now I can’t login and access my funds.
Easy to use
I like the new app it’s easy to use except even when I write Mobile deposit only to Capital C U it says error so I must press submit anyways. It does this with 95% of mobile deposits and I do them daily. Other than that I love it!

Every time I try logging in from my pc, it makes me jump through multiple steps before I can get logged in. Mildly frustrating.
Always great service
Just had a conversation with Brian in the mortgage department. Had some questions that he answered quickly and gave me some ideas of ways to handle some upcoming challenges. Appreciated it so much.
Worst app ever
Where should I start? App is slow everytime,transfer never works...ever or if it does its SLOW,randomly my old password will just not work and the app will make me make a new password which takes a million years to do and it only does this when I'm checking out at the store with a giant line behind me. Thus app constantly performs slowly and in adequately even after their "update"

Updated app
Prior to this update I’ve never had an issue with Capital’s app. Since I’ve had to change my password multiple times and then the next time I log in start that process all over again. I’ve even went to their desktop version same thing. Now I’ve deleted the app 2 times and when I download it again and then just open the app says I’m locked out. Frustrating!

App needs updating its to slow! Please have reg updates to make the app faster. Thanks

Problems signing in
I don’t know what your IT did but after this last update I can’t sign in on this app. It says my password is wrong. I changed 3 times and it still doesn’t recognize it. Please put your things together. Can’t have an unreliable app for a bank.
Paying Bills
If paying bills were just a touch of one button instead of three would be great.
Buggy
The app constantly crashes and prevents me from being able to log in at all.
2FA and Passkey Support
It would be awesome if we could setup Authy for 2FA. So the account is protected from phone number logins. Also it would be cool if passkey support was here. That you could have multiple passkey’s. Then have your bank account. Wired to a piece of hardware. So nobody can just login with a SIM swap attack or something like that.
No improvements needed
The app does everything indeed, and it's easy to navigate.
Worst App Remake
I genuinely don’t believe I have ever made an app review before but WOW. I am 22 years old, tech fluent, and this new app was completely unnecessary. It’s OVERLY slow and takes too long to load, especially the transfer option/page. I cannot afford to be waiting minutes for a single page to load to move money from one account to another. The process should be swift, otherwise, truly, what is the point of separating accounts? Absolutely disappointing and dissatisfying, every day I mourn the old app.
Update?
Why, So many Changes??? It’s hard enough, to figure out sometimes, we don’t get why. Please don’t make it more difficult
Version 22.2
New version this morning took away the ability to view the App on my iPad in the landscape mode . . . Hopefully an oversight that gets fixed quickly . . .
Landscape view on iPad
I use my iPad frequently for the app and I don’t understand why the option for the landscape view has been taken away?? It is quite frustrating and truly hope that it was an over site. PLEASE bring the option back!!

The new app has been so much faster, the new features are fantastic. Keep the enhancements coming.
Bad update
New update is so glitchy I’m considering switching banks. Every single time I try to log in it says my account is locked and I have to reset the password.
Where is the mobile deposit?
I’ve reinstalled the app multiple times and it doesn’t show.

Awkward listing of debits and credits
Having the pages determine button at the bottom of each page along with the earliest listing also at the bottom BUT the top of the listing coming up each time a new page is checked makes for lots of extra scrolling. Changing the page determine button to the top of the page makes more sense!

accessing information and making payments is so much more easier now! Love the Touch ID as well
Constant pain in the a**
Slow. Laggy. Constantly forced to 2fa at my own home with a static ip address and no vpn, even with face ID. There is ZERO reason for this other than they can't figure out how to develop an app (lol they actually can't, this app is just a vendor product with custom branding). Capital doesn't even have a branch within 20 miles of me, not sure why I bother with them. Terrible app, poor locations, horrible interest rates and rude customer service on more than one occasion. Do yourself a favor and find another bank -- I will be soon.

They took my request to get a check from another bank and deposit it as soon as they got it. They did, I am very grateful.
Poor experience with iPad
I’m sooooo tired of having login issues when I use my iPad to login. It’s hit or miss as to if I’ll get access or not.

Bug?!
App doesn’t load anymore , have tried multiple times to log into the mobile app with no success on or off of Wi-Fi. It’s like it’s stuck on the loading screen. Super annoying.
