Tried to transfer funds from one account to another and those of us that use voice over, blind, the app does not work in voice over. This app is not visually impaired friendly.Left prior rating due to same problem, nothing has been done to improve app.
Great app, hard to work.
Wish I could use faceid to unlock my password the same way I do to get into the app so I can change my password
Issues
Can’t log into it the normal way, it just sits and says logging into account. I have to click on the contact us button and login through there to even see my bank account its a huge inconvenience
Allow 2FA and Passkey’s
It would be awesome if you could setup 2FA in Raivo or something like Authy. Not only that but setup passkey support. So the account is hooked to another piece of hardware. So nobody can just login to your bank account from grabbing cookies or anything.

Mobile App Issue
The app for mobile was fine just until recently it’s been acting weird on me. Whenever I click on the mobile app it keep saying Access Denied and giving me some IP number and etc… when I call customer services they said on their side are fine. I’m not sure if it’s just the app or it’s my phone. I seriously deleted the app multiple times and it still says Access Denied. Hopefully someone can give me more info about it.
Convenient
I love having the convenience of the app. It is user friendly and overall great for information and internal account transfers. However, I am struggling to get the deposit function to work. Thanks!

The people at the Two Rivers facility where we conduct our financial transactions are the very best. Always friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable and professional.
Online Banking
This app comes in so handy it’s nice to just jump on your phone and see what you have and you’re checking or savings without guessing !
Easy to navigate with many convenient features
It gives me most everything I need with a few exceptions. It would be nice to have Zelle and also for this bank to be recognized by plaid as I have not been able to link my account to Experian among other sites/apps I may benefit from.

AVOID MOBILE DEPOSITS
I’ve never seen a bank with such awful mobile deposit policies. It takes several days to go through when so many other banks will upload the amount in your account right away. If you’re looking for banking ease and not having to go out of your way to the bank, this isn’t the bank for you
Nice update
With the new update, the UI is much more user friendly. New features and smoother usage. Couple bugs to work out still, little bit of lag between switching menus, but overall gets the job done better than I could have asked for :)
Bill Pay
Who ever was the one in charge of getting this new bill pay should immediately be fired. This new bill pay is NOT USER FRIENDLY. It involves many more steps and is a waste of time to the old version everyone liked. If this version is supposedly better why does it now have a separate helpline. Talking with employees at the credit union they seem to have the same attitude that I have. This is a classic example of newer is NOT better
Good, but investment account link is now missing
I have enjoyed the recent redesign of the app. It is easy to use and has a lot of information. Within the last couple of weeks though the drop down for viewing Investment Accounts is missing on the app. I can find it on the desktop website but would prefer to see it back in the app.
