Love it!!!!
Not user friendly
It tells me to set up a number sign in. I do. Then I go to use it next time and it says to use the number sign in but then brings me to the log in regular way to set up. I have been using an online bank in Texas when I joined the military in 2006. Never had any issues with online banking. Fox in person is fine but the online is junk. It’s hard to make payments and having to go back into paying bills is a pain.

Works as it should gives me peace of mind. Saves time and helps me stay updated on my spending.
New Online Look
Please switch it back to the old way. I want to see all of my accounts in color, on one screen, not all the clicking or scrolling.

Love this app. It makes paying bills and keeping track of my accounts so easy and convenient. Good job!

Never runs smooth. Always have to double or triple restart the app. Doesn’t always allow me to transfer funds. Crashes constantly.
Awesome
I get full access to my accounts and I can deposit checks. The only caveat is that the checks have to be smaller than $2000 which is a bummer.

The one thing I do Not like is that when I pay off the balance of my credit card, it does not show that the credit card balance is zero, but it does show the deduction in my checking account. I always log off, and log back in, just to be sure. Then the balances are correct. Other than that, I like the app.

Works well but could be better
The App is Pretty easy to use, however there are some things that could be improved upon. For instance, its easy to send a message to the Credit Union, for example, when traveling to alert them not to flag transactions as fraudulent. However, the messages I get sent back claim there is another way on the App to do it, but I cannot see where that is. Also, there is a App for the Apple Watch which says to activate it in the ‘Settings’ in the Phone App. Again there is nothing I have found in the Settings that do this. Other than those things, the App is pretty good.
