This app used to be flawless and then they updated it… I now have limited access to my money and that’s when the app doesn’t crash. Good experience turned bad.
OK App
It was better before the most recent update when accounts were alphabetically listed by nickname. Now they are arranged by types first.

Basic app, it does the job. I don’t like that it asks for a review every time I open and do something in the app.

Top 2 worst online banking services
Giving it 2 stars because it doesn’t crash every time like the other bank in the top 2 and the app isn’t terrible. But the online banking experience has been awful. I have to go into a branch I f I want to edit auto payments, the site rejects my SAVED password every time, so I know it’s correct but for some reason it rejects it, then locks me out of my account and I have to reset it. But I can’t reset it on my own, I have to call in. Want to link external accounts? Good luck! I tried to and it rejected both the amounts and locked me out and said I have to start all over. Also, the email reminding me to validate the account said to follow on screen instructions when I got to the external account page. There were zero instructions. I had to click around and figure it out. I’m not helpless. But things like this should be clear and obvious. It’s 2025.

Having an issue I’ve never had with card management apparently being disabled and my bank says that they never experienced it before even though on the app it says to call them to re-enable access

I wish our banks would never have converted. All my accounts do not show up still, it never remembers by username, just don’t like it whatsoever
It works
It works, does everything you want it to do, Love this new update where they Display adds all over your Home Screen, Like really?????? It won’t be long until they just have pop up adds that get in your way and are annoying, if it progresses, I’ll just move banks, I shouldn’t have to deal with adds in a app for a bank, my capital one app doesn't have any adds in it.....
Ruined with new update
The app was perfectly fine and I would say a 5/5 but they made a recent update that changed the whole ui design and has made the app 50% slower. Very disappointing
Won’t update
App is requiring update in order to use, prompts to click update now button. Goes to App Store and doesn’t provide option to update. If I uninstall the app and reinstall the app still doesn’t have the latest version and prompts me to click the update now button. So just a repeat unobtainable cycle. Outside of this the app has been good.
Best Bank and App
They do the best work I like that they do the location they shut the card off. They do what they’re supposed to do. I love being first.

There should never be a pending transaction. I just did a transfer and those should be available immediately. A deposit should not be pending. I have never had pending for my bank. Ever. Please do better.
Mobile deposit issues
App has a hard time with mobile deposit, which is the only reason I have the app. Has a hard time reading hand writing and identifying endorsement signatures. Very frustrating

The new update released today feels like a few steps backwards. The app is so so slow, takes so longs to toggle between options. Hopefully this improves quickly.

Worst app for online banking. Nothing works, can’t change anything and all my information was not updated with latest merger. If your bank offers this online banking app… SWITCH BANKS.
Often dysfunctional
On multiple occasions I’ve been locked out of my app inexplicably. Since I work during the hours the bank is open I rely on mobile banking and it is a big inconvenience
Complicated and too light
It seems unnecessarily complicated. The colors are too light and I have trouble seeing the page and understanding what I need to do
Transfers
I already transferred money yesterday. After trying 28 times to log in this morning and resetting my phone 10 times I was finally able to log in and look at my account again to see that the money did not get transferred. So I had to transfer it again. If it doesn’t work this time I will be looking for a new bank. I do not have time to be waisting hours every day to make sure your app is working properly.

This is the hardest banking ap I have yea I have 3 others. Everything is hidden it takes forever to just transfer money. ? I hate it

The picture-taking software works well, for mobile deposits.
Slow sluggish and poorly displayed
The app is slow, sluggish and poorly organized since they switch from a robust feature app in native iOS. Web based app version is poorly designed with slow performance and notifications don’t tell you the details except exceeding a threshold. Tell me what the actual amount is and the vendor to be useful instead of going to email.

Stop making things tougher!
Do NOT like the changes made on your mobile bank app. Could not find all the monthly information on my HELOC account as I have received in the past. Not everyone is tech savvy or born into computer age. I suggest you go back & make customer accounts much more user friendly & easier to access all information on every account & transaction when complete history accessibility. 😡
Deposit limit is ridiculous
