They really need to update this app I can’t even change my own pin on there and it’s always declining at stores mind you I just made an account here.
Looks good
The display and everything looks a lot better and is more polished but theres some annoying things about the update. Like everything has a transition when you press a button. Its just pretty annoying.
Can’t Even Use The App
I didn’t have an issue with app up until this previous update. I have had to call my bank every time I try to login into the app. I kid you not, my highest record is 5 times in one week. I have to call at least once every time I have to login into the app. It is so annoying and such an inconvenience. I have even asked why this continues to happen, and no one has an answer.
Still not ready for prime time
Why is it that transactions do not show up right away in the iOS app but they do in the iPadOS app? When will this be fixed?

No app
My mortgage is through First mid and it won’t acknowledge me as a client. They force you to pay through a non-associated website where you can’t just make a principle payment to help bring it down. FIRST MID IS AWEFUL and so is their app! And so is the third party website that they use!
Upgrade TERRIBLE
This “new and improved” version is terrible. Current balance often reflects transactions that are not shown yet, (even in pending transactions) which can cause panic! Transfers between accounts can not be made after 3:00, which is ridiculous. I don’t care if it’s not “official” until the following day, let me move my money! This app is seriously making me consider changing banks.
New update
I’m not exactly sure what happened with this update, or why yall decided to “fix” something that wasn’t broken. But my balance is never correct nor are my transactions posted as fast as before. This update was unnecessary and really frustrating at this point.

Nothing works, log-in name/password unrecognized in some cases, useless "upgrade".
YOU MADE IT WORSE
I’m not sure how you could take a whole bunch of time to release something that is inferior to what you already had. Takes forever to see what I was able to see on the home screen of the last version less intuitive horrible I want to see a ledger, even if a payment is pending
So slow and clunky after update
This app sucks so bad now. Have to verify yourself twice, slow as molasses, and tries to get me to do digital ID everytime I login.

App update
Updated the app and now I pay $10 a month for a service fee?? And you can’t even move money over after like 5 o clock. I don’t know if it’s a glitch but it’s been like this since the new update. Do NOT go to this bank. Anywhere else is better.

This app constantly logs you off and goes back to the Home Screen. It’s also very slow

The “updated” app is horrible. Design sucks, features are hard ir impossible to access. Trouble accessing Bill Pay, can not alter set transfers, routine features are not intuitive to find… and they are not improving. I have too much business with them to change the bank but it is getting that bad.
Just wow
Worst app I have ever used. Tried to log in this morning and it had me re enter my log in info even though I always use facial recognition. It does this every few moths I guess yall can’t stop fixing what isn’t broke. And now I can’t log in at all because the device name “iPhone” is already taken. Worthless.
Horrible
My balance never updates, constantly logs me out. Thinking it’s time to switch banks and be done with the inconsistency.
Miss blackhawks app
The old Blackhawk app updated balances at least every few hours, but this app doesn’t update at ALL over the weekend so come Monday I’m overdrawn…. This is dumb, the Blackhawk app also never had a quarter of the downtime for various issues. It just worked, please learn something from them, you did buy them out after all.
