On IOS have found that submit button not shown consistently, have to go to direct site most of the time.
It’s ok.
It takes days to update how much you balance is after transactions.

Very convenient and easy to use. I learned more about the app when stopping by a member center and asked questions. They were very knowledgeable and eager to say ‘you can do that yourself on the app’

I was happy to set up the quick balance option, which means you don’t have to login to see your balances but lately it has displayed a message to call the institution.

This app is trash. The only reason I use this app is because they financed my car. The app doesn’t show when my payment is due or when I have paid.
