However, I can’t find the routing number and full account number.
App no longer works
A few weeks ago the app stopped working completely for me. It just spins on the login page indefinitely. Can’t seem to find any way to contact the developer other than leaving a review either.
U of I is great but…
Closing at 5 on Fridays is common practice. Not being open on Saturday hurts a little. Not being able to deposit money through the atm after hours hurts more. Might find yourself in a pickle. We like it here other than that. If we could deposit cash at our convenience I’d give it 5 stars. Oh and the staff in Danville is great.
Mediocre
The app works as expected however it tries to track your location constantly in the background. I haven’t opened the app once in the past 10 days yet it has the highest battery usage and longest runtime.
New look
The new look of the app looks really bad.
Great app!
I’m someone who does not use a lot of apps and was very resistant to having a banking app on my phone. I finally downloaded it and I absolutely love! It’s easy to use and I can keep up with all my banking needs. Thank you.
App no longer works after latest iOS update (17.0)
Unclear as to why, but this app no longer works on iOS 17.0.

A great bank, just wish they would explain better to this old Marine the art if “skip pay” to myself. Don’t want to get into any trouble using this… been a member since 2003??? Thanks for all you guys do
Ugly format
Yoooo Ngl y’all this format y’all mad is ugly. Like I just want to see my accounts I don’t wanna see my credit and the ads to get a loan Jeeze . Like make this look more user friendly and cute pls it’s not pleasing me and my gorls. Thanks
Very easy to use
Great banking app. Easy to use and they are always looking to improve. We very seldom have to actually go to the bank.
Easy user face !
Easy to use and navigate. I filed for a loan in through the app and was met with immediate response and excellent service.
Direct deposit does not work.
I tried to deposit some checks and it market it as an error. Only that part of the app was not working.

Credit card statements
App needs to provide you an option to see a credit card statement even if you are not signed up for paperless statements and billing. There is no way to know the details of balance transfers unless you are looking at a physical statement.

I truly believe the the U of I banking app is one of the best. I personally find it easy to use and the added app features are pretty sweet.
Fast and easy
Pretty easy app to use and u can always switch ur money from savings to checkings whenever u want and u can even create a scheduled time to transfer stuff its pretty cool. You can always put Face ID on there
