Updating Account via App
Easy to do. Guided instructions were good.
Not Device Friendly
I used this app with pleasure on my iPad until this latest release. The screen image no longer re-orients for how you are holding your device. Apparently they think everyone banks with their phone. NOT TRUE!!! How cam you even take advantage of all the new features if I can’t use my device horizontally instead of vertically. FIX IT. Contact me if you can’t find skilled developers please.
The app is mediocre
There are several basic things that are not available as are on other banking apps such as use Zelle or create scheduled transfers or have change rounded up and put into a savings or Roth. Also I have to set up the mortgage that I have at GLCU in the bill pay in order to pay it when it should show up automatically as one of my accounts and be able to transfer funds to it. I have needed to reset my password and the only way I was allowed to do so is go to a branch which of course has terrible hours if operation. The one very good feature that the app has is the quick balance.
Logging in is a B_t_h
I don’t know Y but I always have a problem logging into this website and only this website. I can finally log into this website but nothing changes and the next time I try to log in, no dice. When I attempt to login with my account # & SS#, even that didn’t work.
Wack
If I transfer from savings to checking; how come it doesn’t appear in my transactions as a deposit transfer? I strictly use that to budget and now it’s gone. There’s also limited way to “go back”. If I click activity or something in settings I need to completely start over. For example clicking transfer activity when on the transfer funds page. There’s no way to just go back. Please fix!

Password update
I would like to see that when you enter your password, you can actually see what letters you’re typing with an eyeball that you can see it or not see it. This is one way that GLCU is behind the times and it’s very frustrating to me and my 73-year-old eyes
Was there any reason to log my entire family out?
Go to log in. “For the safety of your account WE ask you reset your password” Ok there literally no reason to, never even had a fraudulent charge. “Please enter your SSN and Account number” Ok I know both of these by heart by now…*enters info* “Incorrect info, try again. We’ve locked your account, please contact us”. Now I have to sit through 3 hours of robotic phone calls to reset my password because YOU thought so? I keep a physical notepad with both of these numbers on them, so far this notepad has gotten me my direct deposit for the past couple years so the numbers are 100% correct. Glad my card expires soon, there is no benefit of using you. After 6 years all I have is enough points for a $25 restaurant gift card. Discover has a cashback DEBIT card, much better.
What happened?
The mortgage site won’t let me in - there is a puppy wagging its tail? Is this even GLCU? Then it won’t let me log OUT of the mortgage portion and get back into my accounts. I used to love this app and now it’s very frustrating.
The best credit union
This credit union is Awesome!
Keep getting late fees
I’ve called customer service several times and still continuously get late fees for no reason. I have funds withdrawn from my paycheck to GLCU account to pay my loan. It goes into a saving account instead. Never had this issue before new company took over. Horrible place to do business with and will never recommend to anyone.

Concerned
I find the website confusing time and time again. Finding my debit transactions in my checking account was very simple and now I can’t find it. I checked several times for my debit transaction totals in a snapshot I gave up!

Bad design
This app is absolutely horrible! There’s no option to add my outside bank account so I can pay my bill! This app is absolutely horrible and now I have to jump through hoops to pay this bill! I would not recommend this app or Credit Union! I guess that’s what happens when another company takes over!
Love the bank
I just love having Great Lake’s as my bank. They are so reliable.
