Don’t be in a hurry to change things, it just confuses me.
Canceling scheduled payments
You can’t edit or cancel scheduled payments from the app. After I scheduled my final payoff, it left my scheduled auto payment intact, they’re scheduled for the same day and support is closed. I can’t edit either payment, so they’re probably going to miss Bill me and I’m gonna have to deal with a refund. It’s absolute nonsense that I can’t adjust a payment after it’s been scheduled without the help of a customer service support member on the phone. And even more ridiculous that there’s no unavailable for chat support or over the phone support after 5 PM on Friday. If you have a choice of banking with any other company, I would encourage you to do so.
Zelle issues
Most of the time it connects no issues. I do feel like it’s hard to get to the Zelle. You have to click on so many different things to be able to Zelle.
Grievance
Not very happy with the deductions coming out of my account for excessive withdrawals. I have literally gotten over a $100 taken from my account bc of my activity. Also, I think it is ridiculous that this firm charges $30 for a stop payment on a debit card. It would be easier for me to just switch banks than have to pay to have any stop payments initiated. And the biggest kicker is that I should not have to pay to begin with.
Similar to other banks and credit unions
They changed some of the features. For some reason I can’t set auto transfers from my checking to my savings bi-monthly, which is how I get paid which I remember being able to do in the past. I’ve been trying to increase my savings and I heard that doing a small daily transfer is one of the easiest ways to stick to it. Well this app doesn’t let me do that either.

Latest update is trash. Often the links outside your account pages don’t work or they don’t go anywhere and loop you back to the previous page. Also now their transaction labels make no sense “thank you” Or “right…” instead of “transfer to savings” etc and you can’t edit these even for recurring payments. The help sections is confusingly organized and you have to click thru ten thousand pages to find the Co-op info, and for a few other topics. It’s so unintuitive I’d be laughing myself sick if I weren’t crying in frustration. Can seem to find a feedback page or I’d be leaving this there. Seriously considering moving everything to my other bank and kicking CCU to the curb with it’s terrible app
CCU Mobile is awesome
Love the update to the app. I would have given 5 stars if I could still use facial recognition. Other features work well and have no issues

I do like some aspects of the new app, but I hate how it categorizes my charges and I hate the new pie chart breakdown. The last one was more user friendly. I do like that I can see all my accounts on the first login screen!

This app is so frustrating. I’ve changed phones and I can’t log into my account. When I go online to try and view my devices reroute right back to the app. The app says that it is going to send a message to my device and if it’s not there to go manage it in my devices🙄hello I’ve got a new device.

App can’t scan checks it just shows a black screen. This bank just spent a ton of money revamping their app and website and both are worse than before. I submit a complaint every time I visit their website on desktop it’s just so terribly ugly.

New app changes extremely frustrating!
Hard to manage - the last update before this one was much better. This one You have to scroll half the page before you can even see your accounts. They combined my young daughter’s account with mine because I’m a joint on her account? No names one anything and her account is at the top. Took us a while to figure out why there were two extra accounts with ours. This is ridiculous. Please change it back!
