Why change something good?
Personal loan
Fortunately they approved me for car loan before..but Trying to get the offer of personal loan I was declined..I had this bank for more than 5yrs now but never gave me a chance to pay off my debt. We all know whats the purpose of the personal loan..to pay off and consolidate some of the bills so you only have to pay one payment. false offer that messing up my credit!
Change isn’t always for the best
The previous app was simple and easy to use. The new way the accounts are listed is confusing and not easily identified. Don’t like the new format.

Annoying new feature
Normally I would rate this a 5 because it’s a great app that I’ve been using for years. However they recently added a new feature that puts little red notification alerts on the app for “special offer” advertisements instead of just for messages and the alert won’t go away even after you’ve reviewed the special offer. Super annoying and there is no place to leave a comment for the app developers within the app.

Why is the transfer between checking and savings option ALWAYS down?! It’s incredibly frustrating! Please update this function!
Zelle not sent
Requested Zelle from CCU to my other bank since I haven’t received a debit card yet. My funds still haven’t been deposited to other bank. I can’t even cancel transaction on either side now and am without my funds.

Glitch
After the last update, when I go to deposit my check and press the button to take a picture of the check the app crashes and I cannot complete the transaction to deposit. Please fix it!

I’ve been using the app for a couple of years now, but there are stretches in time where the app won’t even open and it’s happening again. It’s currently been like this for a week now. I’ve redownloaded it so many times to see if that will do the trick and it won’t work.
