Best Credit Union ever
I’m always satisfied when I bank with my Credit Union they are always on top any situation that comes up! For that I’m grateful!

Security code
The texting or calling from Wescom to provide a security code to validate certain transaction is no longer working. Only email the code is still working.

I’ve been with Wescom for over 2 yrs now and I really enjoy the service that they provide and the courtesy of their employees.
Express View
Using the express view feature locks me out of my account and forces me to reset my password. 1 star until that’s addressed.
Log in issue
I keep having issues logging in I end up resetting my password too often.
Logging In
The application itself is fine. What I always, and I mean always, struggle with is logging in. No use having Face ID enabled or saving my login info, as I need to manually type in my account and password every time I have to use the app. There are worse things in life, but why even offer the “quick options” if they don’t even work?

Terrible service. Wescom has gone down in quality. Especially the APP. Never accurate. I do not recommend this credit union.

Estoy muy contenta de ser parte de Wescom. Siempre están al día con todo y algo que realmente valoro es que mi pago se deposita varios días antes del primero del mes, a diferencia de otros bancos. Estoy muy feliz de permanecer con Wescom y agradecida por su excelente servicio. ¡Definitivamente recomiendo Wescom!
Problems with logging in the app
For two days straight I’ve been unable to login through the app, I can only login through the web. I’ve installed and uninstalled the app and I can’t get in.
Phone service
I just wanna say your phone service is getting marginally better. It was horrible for so long after you became a bank and you know a lot of your members have moved out of California so the only way I get money from you or answers is on the phone do better.
About 10 years behind other banking apps
This app is painfully bad, and a lot of that seems to be that Wescom's underlying IT infrastructure is equally bad. Credit card payment due? Your app won't show it. Making a payment on your card from an outside institution? Expect that to take days to process and in the meantime nothing is reflected in the app. Depositing money into your account? Good luck with Snap Deposit, which somehow skips showing that the back of your check was accepted. Even "loading" isn't displayed correctly when the app is processing, and instead shows "Loadi..." Do better, Wescom.
Snap Deposit feature is useless!!
I used all kinds of different contrast backgrounds and the lighting is good and yet after 20 times it still gives me error code. So frustrating so I will have to deposit physically at ATM. Other than that, app is good

Zelle needs to be updated on the application
Had an embarrassing interaction with someone with QR code at a chocolate sale. The camera to scan the QR code is not present in the Zelle portion of the Wescom app. Had to run to an ATM at a CVS to get money and the fee. This makes me want to dump Wescom Financial for not having an up to date app.

Wescom, great job with updating the app, and especially the check deposit feature! Finally I can deposit checks without struggling for 10 minutes each! Much appreciated! I would love to see a feature that helped organizing the transactions into categories and budgets, helping to make one’s economy easier to evaluate and track! This would definitely get a 5-star rating from me (and a lot of recommendations to other people to use you!) Thanks! /Rickard
Good functionality but security is poor
Neither the mobile app nor the we app support modern authenticator apps for improved security. MFA relies on insecure text messaging (+1 North America numbers only) or a call back to a North American land line number. Foreign residents with accounts cannot effectively access their accounts.

tried to use new app and Zelle will not load after confirming contact information. Screen just stays black 😒

Not happy with the bank
I recently deposited over $40,000 into this bank and I also deposited a substantial amount into my checking account. It has been a week now and the money which I have a receipt for has not been deposited or credited to my accounts. However I have checked my other bank account which is Wells Fargo and it shows that the check has been processed and the funds were deposited into Wescom. So what is happening with this bank and my accounts?
