Good banking app
This app is so easy to use. I am appreciative of the security features and the support they offer. Being able to connect my other external accounts is very important. The only thing I just wish the funds were available the same day when transferring.

The app is always glitching somehow or under maintenance. It usually isn’t a problem but it’s happening a lot now and Zelle keeps having issues.

Why do I get a connection error when I have it set exactly like my wife’s? Otherwise nice app when it works

Horrible customer service. I was on hold for at least 40 minutes for a representative only to be cut off after only a few minutes talking to the rep! I’m done!!

pretty dang solid little to hard to navigate even being in my 20's but pleasantly content with the app !
Super slow
The app utilities are good, but the interface is horrible. It takes so long to log into the app, and sometimes you’ll have to wait to refresh the app multiple times for it to work. Not convenient when you need to check your balances quickly.

What do you mean there isn’t digital only cards?
The one I review is about a lot more than just this one question. It’s more an underlining example of the constant Twiddling of thumbs in terms of any basic improvements to your app. It’s the modern era catch up you Neolithic fools. Your customers deserve better. BOOOOOOO

Not Ready For Prime Time
Lots of bugs and limitations. Try to add an account and it crashes. Try to edit your information on an application and it freezes. You are better off going to a branch and talking to real people because the app is waste of time.

I have to change my password once a month because it never remembers my password. I’m not sure why it won’t store it.

Sticking for weeks
The app sticks on the screen just after logging in. The status bar on the bottom of the screen loads saying logging in, and when it gets full/complete you can do no further. I have tried restarting the app, the phone, even removing and reinstalling the app with no luck. Please help.
