The app is so smooth
Too Many Faults
For 2 weeks it has been failing a lot! It doesn’t open the application and I’ve already had to uninstall it several times. This is unfortunate. 06/20/2026

This app interface is too hard to navigate and some I can not even look at it. Previous versions was perfect.

It is a little slow and take a couple refreshes so work correctly but over all not bad but could use some work to run smoothly

I’d rather roll naked through a pile of broken glass than have to use this app. My god. Half the time it doesn’t load and the other half you go into the wrong area because nothing is where it should be. I’ve used Key bank for most of my life and their app is made by competent people. Maybe try that.
Webpage vs App
Some of the features are easier to use on the webpage, but for quick access the app is great.
Horrible Useless App
Trying to pay my bills and as always “oops something went wrong “ msg appears. Always problems with this site, never fails! Very disappointing dissatisfied. Time to go to another Credit Union. Tried again today 11/14/25 and still same issue.

Terrible bank
This bank is literally the worst and has failed me time and time again. They have terrible service, long phone wait times, a terrible app that barely works, and such limited services. Jsut recently they canceled a credit card I was using abroad without my consent and refused to make it work again even after calling several times. They also barely work with Zelle. I genuinely hate this bank

Keeps singing me out and not saving log in info. This app is garbage ! It crashes every 5 MINUTES! FIX THE APP
