Terrible, out a date, slow app. bank and app are horrible. Only banking with Andrews because of my grandma. No member to member transfers, because of scams? 2025 and this app and bank put my 30$ jury duty check on hold for 10 days….. Sad….. do yourself a favor and skip this bank. It’s plenty more….. im stuck because of my grandma. But you don’t have to be…. Trust me. This bank is for Boomers and up. L bank

I love my Andrews app, we can get things done with no problems
Messy outdated app
Confusing locations for everything. Excessive random features. Most used sections are buried deep behind several layers. Interface feels outdated.
Check deposit functionality broken in iOS14
The app used to work fine, but now I can‘t do any more online deposits of checks, because I can neither take a photo of the check nor open an existing photo from my iPhone. the options to add front and back images are grayed out and cannot be selected. First I thought I had accidentally forbidden the app to access camera and camera roll, but it is not even listed in the settings as an app that might want access at all. So for now this feature is simply broken...

The app store updates only the old app site, not the new app. Not able to update or log on.

Since the last update this app no longer shows the details of the account transactions. Only the current balance. Quite irritating to be honest.
