Banking made easy!
Before I became a member with Langley, my credit was so bad, I was only using prepaid accounts. It was such a headache not being able to access my funds at times, make transfers from one account to another, having to call and wait long periods of time to speak to a representative, etc…I’m blessed that Langley gave me a chance to do banking the right way. The mobile banking app is easy and convenient to use and allows me to control my finances better.
Desperately needs updating
The app has never been very functional, it’s well overdue to be updated. Many of the features don’t work
Great app
Great app, only thing I would add is the ability to see a payment that’s processing. I pay a car loan through the app but can’t see it’s in process.
Software is fickle
Hard to use. Lack of confirmation at critical steps.
Quick login
You took away, when the two banks merged, my most favorite feature, the ability to quickly log in with my pin. My most used and favorite feature is the ability to just check my balance.

I’ve been banking with them for about 10 years but now NO MORE THERE ARTIFICIAL IGNORANT TECH ASST. along with using my cards to make MY NORMAL MONTHLY PAYMENTS on car insurance Along with normal other expenses THEY KEEP FLAGGING MY CARDS SO I CANNOT USE THEM need me to lose MONEY AND ROUTE MYSELF BACK TO VIRGINIA BEACH while driving as im an owner operator SCREW YOU LANGLEY WERE DONE

Unable to Access Transactions
Recently I am unable to open any transactions in the app. Online is fine but it’s very inconvenient to where the app just completely freezes anytime an account is pressed on.

Bill pay
This app just sucks. Ever since LFCU transitioned to the new bill pay, linking to ebills is inconsistent and unreliable. Now the new update has a terrible activity view. Is someone telling you to make these changes? If they are, stop listening.

Currently experiencing an error msg stating issues with IP address and when I go to contact customer service the lines are ALL BUSY .. any number for LCU is BUSY. Wth. I need to access my funds and check a few things on my banking app
