I already have an AU credit card so why is it every time I open the app it asks me if I want an AU credit card? Grrrr

Still VERY difficult to use app
This app is very difficult to use. The grayscale font is hard to read. The one darkening “accessibility” feature is laughable, truly not working to make it more accessible for all. I’ve called, my family members have called and nothing has been improved. You can’t enlarge the screen which is very inaccessible for anyone over the age of 45 who might struggle to see their account balances or transactions in the app. It’s really disappointing and I thought maybe it was just me but there are many unfavorable ratings and the answer is the same to all of them. Doesn’t address the issue at all. Make some actual improvements, please.
Need flash for deposits
You’ve made several changes for the better but it still could use the flash for the deposits. The light in my house is dim and it is hard to get the check to show up without a shadow.
Font size selection, not available
This app is functional, but does not allow for a customization of font size. Print is so small hard to read without reading glasses. A major improvement would be a selection. For making the font larger that is my only complaint, but it is a big one.

Do Not Like At All
This app has been so frustrating since the day you switched to it. It’s never once been convenient. In fact, it is extremely inconvenient because I have to change my password every single time I log in. Clicking Forget Password, text me a code, wait for the code, change password, login again and then the whole payment process. I really hope someone sees this. It’s more frustrating than it is convenient. And there are few locations where you can pay in person and you can’t even call and pay it unless you want to pay for it. It’s a terrible app. Thank you.

It works for the basic banking. It doesn’t seem possible to scan qr codes in zelle. I wish zelle was a stand alone app
