Please stop changing my account
I have a issue where I can’t get back in my account. Like what if someone try to take my money I can’t stop it so please if we haven’t did password change stop changing it I’m not happy rn I’m trying to get it fix if this continues I may go to a different bank card manager this stuff suck so please fix it We should be able to change password ourselves but got to call to change it ????? Really What type of system is this got no call of anything or email app is down or Someone got into like wtf
Crashes too often
Won't load or crashes every few days. Should be flawless as it's a year old now.
Nice functionality, but the end user experience could be a bit improved
It is odd being on my iPad and being forced to use an app in portrait mode, as I often times keep my iPad on my Apple Keyboard (which keeps my iPad in landscape mode) which makes this app not very usable at all there.

App Is Off Little Value
App appears to have been built by middle schoolers.
Why?
VACU is the only financial institution that uses two different apps for checking/savings and credit. My other cards and banks use one app which is highly efficient. Having two apps for VACU is terrible. Once my CC is paid off, I am not going back to using this terrible app.
Don’t work
I have tried serval times using my information and it says it incorrect every time. It doesn’t make any sense. It has never worked for me.

Ridiculous
Why can’t I just lock a lost card from the regular app!?!?Having to talk to two different reps and being on hold for several minutes now because the “system is down” is crazy!

Ridiculous amount of issues with this app.
Can no longer use
Since the last update I can no longer use the app. Every time I try to open it I get a white screen and that’s it. Totally useless. I’m definitely deleting this and will not be even thinking about returning.

Too many doors and windows to open in order to use this app should just be on the Virginia credit union mobile app. Keep it simple’
