Resetting password
App requires resetting my password every quarter. Requires instruction. Had to call my CU to talk me through steps for FORGOT PASSWORD. Requirements for password didn’t work MULTIPLE TRIES. Please debug and simplify this process, and stop quarterly reset requirements
It was a perfect app
As title says it was perfect. You could see your card balance and all recent transaction. Turn off/on card and set up preferences. Everything seems the same except you can no longer see card balance. Soooo it was perfect
Needs improvement in a lot of things.
When ever I go to the App. It doesn’t always show where my money goes and how much! Now I can’t even see what my balance is! I’m sick and tired of this app and I want to cancel it ASAP!

It’s saying, no longer supported. Go to the AppStore. I go to the AppStore, but it’s the same old app. Is there an updated version

Good App! Kind of confusing.
They just made a new update and i used to be able to see the amount of money i had on my card but now i can’t. How do i fix this problem? If I didn’t have this problem it would’ve been 5 stars but it’s confusing.
Inconsistent
Seems like every couple weeks they force you to reset your password, for 2 days I’ve been stuck trying to change my password. So I haven’t been able to log in to move any money. Other than log in issues works fine.

Passwords
I’ve been blocked again after resetting my password last week. I turn my card off for extra security. Tonight I tried to turn on my card to get cash. It said incorrect password. I get the security token from my bank and it still won’t reset. This is the second time I’ve been unable to get cash outside of bank hours. I won’t be using this in the future!

Locked My Card Up !!!
They completely locked my card up, with no valid reason. No suspicious activity at all. I had to order another card. My bank could not override it. Would not recommend.
Can’t log in anymore and can’t find info on how too!!

HORRIBLE APP
THIS APP NEVER WORKS AND IS ALWAYS DOWN. I CANT USE MY CARD BECAUSE IT KEEPS SAYING ITS LOCKED BUT THE APP SAYS ITS UNLOCKED SO ANNOYING

App is not working right. The amount I have in my checking is not right from what the app is saying I do. It’s been stuck on the same amount since last week. It stop updating
It’s a gamble
You never know if it’s going to work or not. Sometimes I can’t do transfers, sometimes transactions don’t pop in, and quite frequently it won’t update my balances so I don’t know how much I actually have available. Do better Card Nav!
Loved the app
For some reason all of a sudden my balance is removed from the app and I used to love this feature don’t understand why they would get rid of it.. If it gets put back on I will change my stars to 5 star review.
Does NOT WORK
Tired of CardNav not working correctly 1. Incorrect Balances 2. Error messages constantly 3. Can not do transfers 4. Fails to unlock card and lock shows error. Please fix and update it

It is a good App, But I have had some people try to compromise my app! I’m glad that you can turn the App off, But it is scary to know they are trying! But Thank You for this App! It helps keep us safe!
Not working good.

It used to be good, now it’s not :/
CardNav has been down for almost the past month due to an internal update :/ Even prior, I am no longer able to view all transactions, no longer able to transfer between accounts, no longer able receive notifications, and at times unable to view my account balances. Sadly, overall this is a horrible app. Like I said, they are apparently working on the app. Hopefully that means they will overhaul the entire app. Anyways this review sounds really negative and I don’t mean to be that way so, whoever is reading this, I hope you have an amazing rest of your day. And if you don’t feel loved, you are. Jesus love you friend :)
Waste
I used to like this app to notify me of card charges, but lately it’s either delayed by hours or just doesn’t give notifications. What’s the point to have it to make sure my card doesn’t get hacked if it doesn’t give you notifications.
