Not easy
Yes, the app allows you to set spending limits but if you need to make change its can be difficult especially when you’re in the store. It would be nicw if you could freeze/unfreeze your card from within the banking app itself. Face recognition on My cvard rules would also be welcomed. Lastly, an online password reset would be great!
A WINNER!
After having money stolen from my account by some gamer, my Credit Union told me about this App. Total Game Changer! I love not having to worry about someone stealing money from our account bc I can & DO turn it off so no one can access my account at all. I’m so thankful for this app.
Irritating
It’s always making me change my password which is insanely irritating, every couple of weeks when I check back in it’s always telling me it has expired. I should not have to go through such a hassle just to check.
Need text notifications
The app works pretty well as long as you’re holding your phone and expecting the notification banner when making a purchase. However, my previous fraud alert sent text messages, which I preferred. If your phone happens to be in your purse or in another room, a text message will still show up. A banner has disappeared. I don’t generally pull those down to review. I just got compromised and two fraudulent charges flew by before I caught them. I would have seen a text message. Please implement text notifications.
Works when it does
I use this for my MFCU card. And it works great… when it’s working. I have several cards and it’s only compatible with my credit union card. It also signs me out every few months for no reason and I have to call my credit union since I don’t use my login information very often so I don’t remember it and don’t want to write down my banking credentials. It’s a pain to get working and keep working but it’s handy when it does work
Face ID
I enabled Face ID but I still always have to enter my password. If I select on a notification to open it, it will just sit there and won’t even bring up a log in screen! It’s not convenient at all.
Poor performance
At first, I liked this app. Yesterday, I trashed it. It asked for my credentials too many times. My bank trusts my credentials. This app doesn’t. If I missed a day of checking in, it wanted my “non-touch I. D”.. credentials. This is a lousy app. Don’t waste your time with it.

Good but missing features
It’s good but need more features and maybe a better ui update.
it was great at first
it was great but then one day i suddenly logged out & can't get back in, it never asked for my email so my email isnt hooked up to retrieve my account, i wrote down the password & everything anyway but it wont log me in even though i know for sure that the password & username is what i set it to. i tried to make a new account but it wouldnt accept my card for some reason i dont understand. the app apparently has a "contact us" feature BUT I CANT EVEN USE IT WITHOUT BEING LOGGED IN, WHICH IT WONT LET ME DO.

Downloaded it on Sunday, by Monday it wouldnt accept my credentials. Tried to reset, never received the email with the token to reset it. I had to contact my bank for help.

The app no longer gives me charges on my account. Stopped working a couple weeks ago

This app does what it says there’s no facial recognition just a pain do a full login every time to use it

This app used to be SPOT ON. Now it’s mediocre at best. Requiring users to log in daily for notifications to work correctly. That’s the point of having this app is so I DON’T have to log in daily. 🙄🙄
I like it but...
The app works great as far as providing instant alerts, but if you don’t access the app with Touch ID within 24 hours, it times-out and requires you to log in with your password. To me, it defeats the purpose of enabling the Touch ID feature.
Love this App
This app saved me from fraud charges on my account. I was laying in bed on a Saturday morning and my phone started going off. Thank goodness the bank was open and I was able to cancel my card within 30 minutes of the first transaction.
Stopped giving me notifications
When this app worked it was sooo helpful. But now all of the sudden it stopped and my notifications have always been on. I can’t seem to find someone who knows how to fix this.
Good when ....
I really liked every feature of this app. That was until it stopped letting me move past my login. All I can get it to do after I try to log in, is tell me it can’t process my request at this time. After a dozen or so attempts, changing the password and talking with my bank, I still doesn’t work and no one seems to know why. ☹️

I just updated this app, and it won’t open on my iPhone, it works on my Samsung but everytime I tried to open it on my iPhone it doesn’t open and I have my card locked on it and I need it, it keeps saying I don’t have a connection when I do, they ruined this app by the upgrade Update Now it won’t connected and I can’t login in
Won’t accept any of my cards save one
I got this app and put my debit MasterCard from a local credit union on there first and it worked great. Set up alerts on spending limits and was happy. Then I decided to link up my other cards. I have debit and credit card visas from Bank of America that aren’t compatible, my Amex Macy’s credit card isn’t compatible, and my visa local small bank debit card isn’t compatible. I have a wide range of cards from small and large financial institutions. Quite amazed that only one works with MCR. I’m not sure if this is a bug or if the app is really just this picky.
Stopped receiving alerts
Loved the app but it recently stopped sending alerts.
Doesn’t load
Was great for the first month but now it only gives me notifications of transactions and it doesn’t let me open the app to look at them. It goes to loading page and stays like that.
Locked Out of Account
Please do not use this app. It will lock you out of your account after a while and any changes you made will remain.
Not working
Still notifies me when a transaction goes thru, but after a couple of days, it won’t open at all. Just sits, and “waits on a secure connection”. Thought it might be cool. Looks like I was wrong.
Can’t use
All of a sudden I am unable to login after having and using app for 4 years. And no way to contact and get help.
Need update badly...keeps crashing at times
