Best Way To Keep Your Eyes Open!
We live in a time when people can hack your computer, phone, and bank account so it’s always a great idea to look at whatever new activities are popping up in your account! I really enjoy being able to get text messages as notices. But it is even better for me to be able to review the spending and any activity on the account!

Technology Challenged
I have accounts with other banks and this app by far is very limited given the technology out there. Time to get with the times Texas Bank.
Could Be Better
App takes forever to load. Sometimes I just give up and close it because it just spins and spins and doesn’t do anything. Also would like to have a way to lock my card. But overall it’s an okay app.

Pretty basic no good features and it’s the same for the web version so you’re not missing out.

Love that you can keep up with your amount . Love that you can deposit checks. Yet the users name and password if a issue. It’s not something one uses everyday. So if you reset phone or charging device even it a bit of a hassle. If you seem to forget one or the other. You have to go back to the bank for help every time. Yet it’s not always possible at a time of notice. Which can put you in a real spot. Also would be a more security if one could leave close they card ,by the app in till ready to use. Or even get alert every time they use it , so if they’re card is compromised. They can act on it at time of notice by notification alert by app a time of use. Could make Texas app 5 star for real. Needed future adds
No bill pay
Bill pay does not work on mobile app, only desktop computer. Same with husband’s app- no bill pay. I like the mobile deposit.

APL does not allow for remote deposit and hasn’t for years.

In the app, the letters are super small and it keeps locking you out because sometimes it punches other letters

Can retrieve my account for a deposit
Can’t deposit check via app
Its a decent app, I was able to deposit check few months back but tried again today (7/22/2023) and it doesn’t work. It just keeps throwing error “RDC accounts not available “ when I choose deposit check menu item.

No alerts work ever
I have repeatedly set up alerts on balance, notifications charges, etc., and the app continually fails to notify me.
Could be improved
I like being able to access the account on my phone but I do not like the fact that for some reason my phone does not autofill the password so if there is a need to sign in again, I have to go back and look it up and sign back and look it up in my saved passwords it I don’t know why it saves it but it does not auto fill it also I don’t like the fact that I have to change my password so often I would rather be able to leave it as is and if there’s a problem then change it it’s a lot of trouble to have to constantly be setting the password every few monthsa
