Security not there
VeraBank promotes fraud protection but does not refund you if you report fraud.
Buggy but works
Massive improvements made, raising my rating from 3 to 4 stars. However the “quick transfer” function is a bit buggy. Also, we need Zelle support.
Long load times
I like the app, but just to log in I have to restart the app multiple times, and it takes so long. It’s very annoying and frustrating when I’m trying to check funds in my account and it takes like ten minutes.
Great bank
Love the staff, we’ve have been with them for over 30 years and they always great me with a smile since day one.
Doesn’t work
I’d give it a solid 30% access rate. (Edit: it is still terrible. the app is so poorly designed.)
Scheduled Payments
The app is getting better with the improvement of identified individual payment notices rather than lumped in the same total but…. I would also like to see “scheduled payment” and date in bill pay like you do “last payment” and date rather than having to go to each individual payee to make sure it’s scheduled already. Thank you for reading. 😊
