I find this app user friendly and very helpful!
User friendly except for online deposit software
Never happy with the online deposit software. Too glitchy!
Fraudulent detected
Eastman credit union is very quick at detecting fraudulent activity on your credit or debit card. I’m glad they stay on top of it; otherwise, my money could have been stolen.

It kind of sucks because the app never wants to open. It crashes. It’s just a pain. I wish they’d fix that. It’s nice besides that issue.
ECU Mobile app
Good app. Works as it should
Upgrade to Online Banking was a Downgrade
The new online banking is not user friendly on a mobile device. The upgrade was a big step backwards

Best to Worst
ECU has made this app so easy, that my teenage sons are able to do their own banking. Thank you, ECU! However, now every check deposited remotely, is under review and slow to post when it’s accepted. New improvements have slowed down the once best app.
Only One missing
Love app but one thing missing, the ability to know check number without clicking on check

App will not load into loading screen
App won’t load called Eastman and they said it was a phone issue

This bank, app, and the people at Eastman are truly the nicest, most southern hospitality type people you will ever meet. Their locations are clean, their people are welcoming, and their app is user friendly. I will never leave here.
Bad notifications
App shows vague notifications and won’t let you click on them. They have no information. Who at ECU thought these were a good idea ?

Easy to use app
App not working after recent update
After the recent app update my ECU app is no longer working. It’s does my Face ID check twice this it just gets stuck on “Please Wait” I have deleted the app then reinstalled the app and is still not displaying my account. Horrible update!!!!
