Updated my app and now it won’t work at all. just pops up the loading screen and does nothing. can’t put in my pin, use face id, anything.

Just need to upgrade the cheap debit cards. They look like they’re from a bank from 2007

Errors updating, app lags.

Updating needs to be faster on balances, as it gets behind and gives false balance info (not up to date). Also, with app updates themselves as well. I’ve occasionally had to use another app to find out balance info by transferring money to it. Inconvenient when trying to do business quickly.
Functional with some issues.
The app is functional although lacking in an intuitive navigation. Some features are difficult to find, setting spending limits on your debit card for example. Then there are features that don’t work for unknown reasons, Bill Pay, Zelle as examples. I have called Tech support and they don’t have an explanation. They said they’d look into it… we’ll see. Other than that the tech support people are curious and helpful as are the members of my local branch.

Can no longer use app on iPhone 6S.
As of version 3.10.3 I can no longer use the app because it requires you to update it to 3.10.3, which requires iOS 16 and my device is not able to run iOS 16. I am currently running iOS 15.8.2, and version 3.10.1 of the app was working flawlessly until the new version was required.
Used to be good
Have had problems for the past 3 weeks with this app, such an inconvenience. It used to be good.

This new update is for iOS 16.0 or later
I have a IPhone XR and had absolutely no issues with this app working. Today it tells me I have to update the app, which was done 1 week ago… and now I can’t access my account!!
It’s fine when it works….
…but doesn’t much of the time. Glitches, lockouts, functions not working…. And don’t bother calling for help- they can’t do anything on their end. Very mediocre app.
Super convenient
I been in prison 5 years. I got out and got an account with TBT and I love the scan your check app. A lot has changed. It save me slot of time and energy.
