Bank in general
Love this bank hated to have to have one but they are really good and good to us
Switching banks.
Too many issues with my Zelle and for some reason my card doesn’t work anymore. Scared to make large deposits .
Constant login
It could be better if it would just remember my login with the face id instead of having to re-enter my password every couple of days that I don’t log in consistently
New updates are awful
I’ve had this bank for a long time and never had a problem with the app. After the new update, more and more options are being taken away, such as transferring to another member and Zelle. This is ridiculous, why “fix” something that isn’t broke?
It’s okay
I like the new update but wish it’s back to the old style I have a user name I can’t even remember and every week I have to search what it is never saves so I can’t use biometrics right That’s my biggest issue and it isn’t compatible with Zelle I would love if yall could do that

I am waiting for someone to call me back on why I am no longer able to make Mobile Deposits. I have been with them for almost 5 years and never had a problem until recently. I had another issue that was never resolved as well. Would like to know why there Customer Service has gone down hill?

Texas trust always have my back on hard times n good times. I have been banking with Texas trust for 20 years.
Poor customer service
They don’t have good customer service, they don’t even bother to give it a try to check your requests.
Given Me the opportunity
When I first gotten account with Texas Trust Credit Union I didn’t think that could get anything. I do think thank them for giving me the opportunity to grow and prove myself over the years.

Hate this app and the bank
I swear it’s always something wrong with this app or the bank every other month. The most frustrating thing ever. Especially when I need access to make a transaction I find out at the last minute the app is having issues or the bank randomly blocked my card without sending an email or notifying me why they did that. I hate it

App is great the only issues is some options will randomly disappear and reappear like zelle or trsnsfering money to external accounts not dure if its the app or my iPhone but its a little annoying otherwise its great

Great app, with one exception: no landscape view on iPad
I love the new Texas Trust banking app. Clean, simple to use, the dashboard is informative on one screen. The one downside: on an iPad, the app will not turn to landscape view. It only displays in portrait mode. While having to turn my iPad into portrait mode to view the app contents is not a show stopper, this is the only app I have to do that with. None of my other financial apps behave this way. This simple blunder should be fixed.
Perfect for Me!
Wow, this app originally was decent. It is now just about perfect! It allows me to do almost everything I need to do without having to find the computer. Bill Faye is amazing as well as being able to check on past deposits checks, etc.. I just wish that I can open and close a CD from the app.
Not for iPad
This app only works in portrait mode on an iPad which makes it useless if you have a keyboard attached.
Monthly fees
I think the new monthly charge is punitive and is what greedy commercial banks. It creates unnecessary stress and is not what a credit union should be doing. I have checked around and other credit unions are not following suit. Very disappointing!

The new Zelle option isn’t working very well, I cannot send money most times, it just loads endlessly and then sometimes it even tells me there’s an error and won’t send at all. This is one of a few reasons I will be switching to a different bank. Zelle is very important to me.

Whatever changes they keep doing to the app is ridiculous. They aren’t helpful with fraudulent charges. They up and change things without notifying members. They had a breach and didn’t notify members.. I wish I could leave this ridiculous credit union and never ever come back to this pitiful app/ bank
